Dont trust them with repairs The front right end of my car was recently hit causing damage to the front bumper, corner panel, and the front tire which was angled inwards. As a credit to them, they fixed the body and the alignment on the vehicle just fine. However, immediately after driving the car off the lot there seemed to be friction and noise coming from the front end. They agreed to take another look at it but "found nothing" and said that "I had a car in great shape". Long story short, after a quick diagnostic my dealership determined it was the hub bearings and replaced them. Dont trust these people; Im convinced they were aware something was wrong with the car but did not want to put the effort in to determining the problem as they were already paid by my insurance company.

Took my 2015 Chevrolet 2500 HD in for Damage from hitting 2 Deer , Russ COHN was my Contact Person. this was an Insurance Claim , But This shop was Highly recommended by several people, which was why I went here. From the start it was a very professional experience for. me. Fairly new truck So I was upset & concerned that it would end up correct. Add to that the fact that I plow snow & cannot be with out this vehicle for long in the winter months. Russ dealt with the insurance, worked with my schedule & the vehicle was done on time ! This Truck was cleaner when I got it back then when I took it, & I keep it CLEAN . The Paint & body work cant be found, Like it Never Happened, Thank You Russ, Thank you to the Technicians ! They performed a good job on the actual repair of the vehicle, but were very poor with clear communication about when my vehicle was ready for pickup, thus resulting in confusion with my insurance carrier about coverage for my rental vehicle during this period, thus negating my complete customer experience. All potential customers be fully aware.

Everyone was helpful when I came in for an estimate. Their knolageable ajusters advised me to contact my insurance company instead of paying thousands out of pocket for an uninsured motorist claim.

I had a good experience here. My back windshield got smashed, so I had it towed to their parking lot. They had it fixed in a couple of days with no hassle. Would go back to them in the future.
