My mother an i were traveling back home to NY from NC on Wednesday night an as driving my front left tire fell off (rim, tire lugs and all were gone) fortunately there was no extensive damage, and no body was injured. However we were 3 hrs away from home an the tire lost was my spare put on prior to the trip bc of a slow leak on my original tire, and due to wear my lug studs were completely warped and needed to be replaces before a new tire could be put back on. The trooper that assisted us called Leahys an said theyed arrive on site within 15-20 mins of the call; the tow truck showed up prolly like 5-10 mins after the call was made. And in a massive down pour at about 1030-11 at night they brought a company vehicle to get me, my 3 kids my nephew an my mom. They drove us to a near by hotel for the night as we had to wait til morning for any damage assessment could be made. With them having at least 2+ weeks worth of work ahead of me they put everything aside an worked their buts off to get everything they needed to get my car fixed just to get my family back on the road headed home. They did an amazing job and worked rather quickly. They went out of their way to help me out an i cannot express my appreciation enough. We got home safely. Thanks again to the crew at Leahys.

My 2013 Honda Accord EX-L just happened to come into contact with the back end of another vehicle. It had quite a bit of damage, some of which you couldnt see. Frank and the owner did a fantastic job in taking care of submitting my damage to my insurance. They followed through by emailing pictures and an almost daily update on my repairs. You cant even tell its been wrecked. Its wonderful that all customers receive a lifetime guarantee regarding their work and parts. I know first hand as a replaced headlamp failed and in no time I received a new one. They are so nice to you and make you feel important. They will always be my go to body shop. Excellent service, very pleasant staff and satisfaction on price of repairs. Always willing to help you and explain everything they do. GREAT BODY SHOP!!!!!

I had what looked like minor damage to my 2004 Volvo S60.Turned out there was major deamage done that I didnt even see. I worked with Frank and he was extremely helpful and very courteous keeping me updated on the progress of the repairs. Frank also did an excellent job working with my insurance company to pay for the repairs. He took all the headaches away dealing with the insurance company when explaining there was more damage than originally estimated and was able to get the whole thing taken care of so I didnt have to talk to my insurance company at all. Excellent work done on the car. You cant even tell the car was involved in an accident. Cant say enough about how friendly, courteous and helpful both the owner and the staff were during the whole process.

My review is dealing with Darrel at the Harrisburg location. I called the new cumberland location and i spoke with Amber. I needed body work done on my 2004 honda element. she was very professional and polite. I needed help Fast so she gave me the number for the Harrisburg location and said ask for Darrel that he will take care of you. She was right.Darrel got my car in there 1 hour after speaking with Amber. He even was willing to give me a lift home. The work was done fast and professional.Ive since moved from Harrisburg to Biglerville which is about 40 miles away. The next time i need body work you can be sure ill drive back there to get my work done. Thanks again Darrel and Amber

The crew at Leahys is the best. My husband’s truck was damaged and he attempted to fix it himself. He did an okay job but was not happy with how it looked. We took it to Leahys, they did a fantastic job, he is very happy, and I am happy because he is happy. From my initial call to request, a very rough estimate on what it would cost to repair, to actually meeting with and getting the estimate, the experience was wonderful; they treated us as if we were their only customer; it is very hard to find that in businesses now a days, the work was done quickly and professionally. Everyone was great and I would not hesitate to call them again if we need any repair work done in the future.

Our family (with 4 young children) were traveling to Pennsylvania when our van broke down around 10pm. Not knowing the area, tow companies or repair shops we prayed then began looking online for 24 hr towing companies. Leahys was the first one we called & Jerry was so friendly & arrived quickly with the tow truck. He then offered to let us use a free loaner car & drove out of his way back to get it! The next morning he diagnosed the problem (alternator) & had the van up & running quickly. The whole process went very smoothly. Jerry was wonderful to work with! If you truly want personal service, go to Leahys. I have used Leahys twice. They did a great job both times. Not only do they do great work but everyone was friendly. They take the time to address your needs and offer different choices. And if you ask a lot of questions, they dont get impatient or look at you like you have no intelligence. The office is clean (as opposed to big auto body shops) and its separate from the body shop so you dont have to deal with chemical smells or noise when talking with someone. I like that they have a rental car available. I didnt have to bother someone to drive me.

Jerry and the crew do awesome work! They make sure your car goes back to the way it was before the accident (ours actually looked better), and they will do all the "dirty work" if the insurance company doesnt cooperate. My wife was in a minor car accident and the front and rear bumpers where damaged. I dropped the car off Tuesday morning and it was ready for pick up on Thursday morning...it looked like nothing happened. They even vacuumed out the inside and all the crumbs from our kids! Thanks guys...We will definitely recommend Leahys to anyone that needs repair work done in the future!

I just drove 2 hours to Harrisburg and got a touch up service from Dye It Rite on my brand new Infiniti QX60 SUV at my dealer. They did a repair and touch up on a couple areas in the vehicle. The trim was repaired satisfactorily but unfortunately they over sprayed a white residue material on several other areas of my interior that does not yet come off. They could not meet back with me today to resolve the issue, so I will have to come back again 2 hours to again have it looked at. I am giving them 1 star and a chance to make it right for 5 stars if they can fix their mistakes.

In all my years of driving, I never needed auto body repair for a car until now. My mechanic recommended Leahys. From the first time I called to when I picked up my car, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. If it wasnt fr Jerry explaining the entire process and the insurance process, I would have been in the dark. He and Frank kept in contact with me on the progress and sent pictures too. In addition to the excellent customer service, my car was done prior to when initially estimated to be done. I would definitely recommend Leahys for any auto body work.
