When I heard Jackie German joined the spa as President I knew I had to check it out! Honestly I am a seasoned Baltimore girl and I had no clue this destination spa was in town! I booked a swedish massage w Danielle and wash/blow out with the amazing Rose Robinson (many know her from About Faces Kenilworth) wow....I absolutely was in love with the service from the moment I walked in the door. Ladies Lounge with robes that actually fit and soft slippers and I relaxed for about 10 minutes in the most gorgeous room with a luminous chandilier, soft zen music, ice water and cheese/crackers! I felt like I was at The Ritz Carlton in Amelia Island.....wait it gets better! Massage with warm stones over the top - I think I feel asleep within 10 minutes of hitting the table LOL and then a shampoo and blow dry. I must tell you a product line from Italy is at Renaisance Salon & Spa ONLY one around Davines and I have experienced this before in Europe - the product is delicious - my hair blew dry like a rock star model diva and of course Rose did her professional magic! Very little product was used to style - the shampoo and conditioner did the work and of course I purchased them both! I am already scheduled to go back for facial and mannie/peddie....next will be waxes and more massages! Ya gotta check it out - even if not close to your residence or business.....you deserve time away and pampering for your wellness. Cant wait to go back and I have visited many spas in Baltimore.....NOTHING compares to the service, vast service selection and attention to detail to re juice your mind body and soul xo

Very disappointed with the customer service I received at the salon and will never return. My normal stylist, Evangelin was out sick and they had to reschedule me for the following week. It was very important to get my hair done since I am out of a job and am in the process of interviewing for a new position. In the next week I was going for my 4th interview with the same company and I wanted to look good. I explained this to Evie so she would fit me in. She gave me a 3:00 pm appointment on a Saturday. When I arrived, Evangelin said I was late and she couldnt take me. When I went to Evie, thinking she could accomodate me, she swore up and down that I was the one who got the time incorrect. Evie said 2:30 pm on Saturday. I wrote the time down exactly as it was given to me which I heard 3:00 pm. There was no "Im sorry, can I reschedule you with someone else or how can we fix the problem to make you the customer who was put out feel better. I was floored. Unfortunately, I will not go back. This was Evies fault and she wouldnt admit she made a mistake so she made it my fault. I do not blame Evangelin. This was a critical time for me and to be treated shabbily when money is so tight is uncalled for.

Every time I make an appointment I get my favorite gals. They all are friendly and happy to see me which makes me feel special. In fact, my hairdresser personally called me from her home on the first snow fall this month to let me know the salon was closing early that day, and asked me to call the salon to reschedule my appointment. I like how my hairdresser calls me directly whether it is weather related or to check back when I leave a message for her at the front desk, it has a personal touch to it. Customer service is always pleasant over the phone and in person. They have a great check in and out system and the personnel always smile. I have been going there to have my nails, hair and facials done for over 10 years and most of the employees at this establishments have been there for years, which shows great loyalty and unity for business.

This place was amazing. From the outside, I wasnt sure if I would like it being placed in a shopping center, however, once inside, it was a beautiful oasis. The employees did a great job and the manager was awesome and has wonderful customer service skills. This is a beautiful place that I will visit often. It is worth every dime I paid. My opinion doesnt do this place any justice. You must go in and see for yourself. You will not regret it!

I have been going to Renaissance for many years now and really have been happy with all of my services there. Anytime there is a little problem they are so quick to help out or fix it. They are truly there to make sure that their clients are happy and well taken care of. Any unhappiness, they want to hear about it so they can fix it. No attitude adjustments here. Always very happy employees and very friendly.
