I recently purchased a lace front wig and within 2 weeks all of the hair shed like a dieing sick patient!! I called to try and work with them and at least request half off of my next purchase. They could care less if you return or not because they know there are enough African American Women out here that will fall victim to their glitzy hair and accessories because of the convenience. We really need to take BACK our hair market....these are some of the most racist ignorant people on the planet. When are we going to take a stand??!!!! I DO HAIR and would NEVER recommend anyone to even purchase a pack of rubber bands from this place!!!!

I experienced 90% of what the others are saying. The people are rude. They dont like to help you and act like they wish you werent there. If you look too long and dont buy anything they get suspicious and start accusing you of spying for a competitor or something. When I responded to their accusations, which were CRAZY!!, and told them that Im an everyday customer comparing products and prices, they started yelling at me and as I was leaving the store they told me to leave and not come back, which I CERTAINLY AM NOT EVER STEPPING FOOT IN THEIR STORE. Also, their prices are higher than you can get elsewhere within a 1 mile radius!!
