I made an appointment for a Saturday evening, the gentleman on the phone was wonderful to talk to and I was very excited. I had begged my roommate to borrow his car and drive the 30 minutes out there (while paying for his premium gas) after work and was desperate to get my hair cut with the increasing heat. Upon arriving I was greeted warmly by the same man on the phone who was very nice and offered me something to drink, I was 20 minutes early so I sat and enjoyed my coffee while reading a book. After waiting an hour, a female receptionist approached me saying the person who booked me did not okay it with the stylist who was now running behind and he would not have time for me that day. She offered to check with the other stylists and see if they would be willing to take me (It was 5pm and they said they were open until 7pm so I figured I would still have a good chance). I watched her walk over to every stylist and ask them, they would turn look at me, make a snotty remark about how much hair I had and then say no. After having to listen to every stylist in the room make a remark about my hair and turn me down she came back over and offered to let the owner know because maybe he could FORCE one of the stylists to stay. I did not want to be responsible for forcing someone to stay late on a Saturday night so they could cut and color my hair, she then offered to make a new appointment for me on a different day, which I could not do because of all the trouble it took me to get out there in the first place. So I had to leave drive the 30 minutes back home, and have two hours of my life completely wasted. I ended up making an appointment at a different salon for the next day, they were absolutely wonderful, cheaper, took time to have a consultation in middle of an extremely busy day, did not rush me and cut my hair PERFECTLY! I plan on going back there any time I need a cut or color touch up! I was extremely disappointed with Salon Craft and will make sure all of my friends know to avoid it, I had such high hopes.

I received a horrendous cut and color at this salon. I was supposed to get an ombré style with a trim, I ended up getting orange ends, and an awful cut. My mom ended up cutting off the orange ends because they were so bad and I was not letting anyone in this salon cut my hair again. I emailed the salon expressing my dismay and asking for a refund because I did not receive the standard of services for which I paid and received no response. Upon calling for follow-up, the owner, who is rude and unhelpful, proceeded to fight with me (as other users have noted), call me a liar and accuse me of "extorting business from her salon." I dont need to, nor would I ever want to "extort business" from anyone, I have gladly paid a lot for (great) salon services in the past. Slanderous remarks from her aside, she then claimed it was an issue of toner, had it been applied it would have been normal--she then claimed that I"declined the toner." No I did not. I received the toner and was CHARGED extra for it as well. It is clear as day on my receipt. My hair was still an unattractive shade of orange. They dont know what they are doing and are rude on top of it. Furthermore, when they get caught out in their poor hair services, the owner resorts to calling you a liar. Go elsewhere and save yourself a lot of trouble

I got a groupon for a cut and deep condition for $25- what a steal! (And not once was I treated like a "groupon guest" as I have had problems with elsewhere.) I had Sam as my stylist and she was wonderful! We met briefly for a consultation and immediately were on the same page. After a shampoo and condition with hot towel by Sherri, who was very friendly, Sam too me to the chair and confirmed what I wanted done. I am very wary of people cutting my hair after a salon hacked off 4 inches for a "trim," but Sam knew just what I was going for and how to achieve it. She took off about an inch, thinned a bit, and gave me low layers with some work to incorporate my growing-out bangs into the rest of my hair. It looks fabulous and feels super soft. Everyone at the salon was friendly, helpful, and considerate. They definitely know how to treat clients and I will be going back for my next cut with Sam.

I purchased a groupon as i was interested in trying a new place for facials. I had used a shop smart coupon in the past. When i purchased the groupon, i did not realize that i was now not a "new customer", despite reading the fine print and that since i had once used a "coupon" they would not honor the money I spent on the groupon. OKAY, however Samantha was rude about it, knowing I took the time off work to suit their schedule, since they cancelled my appointment 3 days prior. I can guarantee you one thing...I will NEVER go there again, for any service and will exercise all my efforts to let everyone know via all medias how they "bait" someone in the door, then treat them disrespectful. Dont go there, i am sure you will get better service elsewhere and they will be kinder about it.

The hairdresser, Sam, was wonderful, and educated me on my hair and what actions to take with it. The shampoo lady was extremely polite and very attentive to my needs. The woman at the desk was also very polite. The people on the phone when I called to make my appointment were very professional, and could not have been more helpful. Overall: great experience. I dont have money to go get my hair done on a regular basis, but now Im seriously considering setting aside some money so I can go here more often. I used a Groupon for partial highlights for this visit, and did not feel like they were cheap with my experience at all, like Groupons can be sometimes. I was happy with my hair when I left.

I bought a groupon for this Salon after reading all of the positive reviews. Salon Craft definitely lived up to my expectations. I was greeted by the lady at the front desk and was offered a drink (water, soda, wine). I waited a few minutes while Melissa finished with a client. She was very friendly and personable. She asked what I wanted to have done and then she made a few suggestions of what shed like to do. My hair cut turned out fabulous (she fixed a previous bad layer job). Also the women who shampoos you gives the best scalp massages! Definitely try this place!

If I had to sum up my experience in one word, it would be AMAZING! Its a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. The owner, Steve, was very accommodating to my need of getting an appointment soon and worked around my work schedule. I was placed with Nicky, who is a GENIUS when it comes to hair. He knew what I wanted, when even I myself couldnt explain what it was I wanted! He was friendly, funny and knowledgeable. Exactly what you want in a stylist. Without a doubt worth every dollar spent! I have every intention on returning there for all of my future hair needs!
