Just got my oil changed here and also tried to get a tire patched due to some debris puncturing it. Oil change was super fast (~30 mins with an appointment and 4 other people waiting) and only $25. Guy behind the counter was great and on top of things. My only complaint is that they dont do tire patches, only plugs. Patches are much more reliable and can fix more serious issues like a slash rather than a puncture. I couldnt get my tire patched because plugs only work on punctures. That being said, the guy never made something up to get money from me once or tried to upsell me anything so I will definitely be coming back. They checked my car over and the only other thing they mentioned was a burnt out plate light (which cost $0.99 at Auto zone). My car is 16 years old and a rather large deer has jumped onto it before, and anyone with any knowledge of cars could recommend a dozen things be upgraded or replaced but dont necessarily need to be. Ive been looking for an honest repair shop in the area for a while now. If any of you live here you know how hard that is in this area. I think this is the place to go.

We just moved to the Greenbelt area and have already tried a few other repair shops. Weve been trying to fix our repair engine light so we can pass the emissions test. Weve received varying opinions about the repair and large estimates. I decided to go to Meineke because they specialize in exhaust systems and we had a couple coupons. My experience with these chain places has varied greatly depending on the management, but overall, I am very pleased with this particular experience. Making an appointment is a little weird. You either have to make one on the internet or walk in -- you cant really call and make an appointment. Once I was there, though, the service was great and the building was clean. Waiting was not an unpleasant experience. They quoted me the lowest price yet for my catalytic converter and finished the repair in just over an hour. Ill definitely be back.

My 2007 Nissan Versas muffler died about a month ago. Turns out - everyone else must be having the same problem because I waited (at another shop) over a month for the part and it never came in. After not being able to drive for weeks, I decided to shop around for a new repair shop that could fix the problem without a new part. Enter Meineke College Park. They put on a new pipe and welded it for 1/4 of what all other shops wanted for a similar job. They brought me in to actually LOOK at my muffler from underneath (who does that?!) so I could see myself where the issue was. They finished the job in about 45 minutes with a year warranty on the work. End result = I am very pleased. I will be bringing my Versa there for all the 8,000 other issues it is already having (in other words - dont buy a Versa, but if you do bring it here!)

I have been a customer since 2009, and have moved around quite a lot. I always took my vehicle to this meineke regardless of how far I had moved, for emergency repairs or basic preventive maintenance. Because they know what theyre doing, and can even explain it to you so you can understand what it is thats wrong when it came in and how it will be repaired. You cant find too many shops that are willing or capable to do that in this area. The prices are extremely reasonable, and service is quick depending on what youre getting done.

Visited this location based on a recommendation from a friend that they are very honest. Definitely will be going back for any future car needs. Went in without an apt. first thing in the morning needing an engine light diagnostic, they diagnosed my car, told me what needed to be done, and had it fixed in about an hour. Needless to say I was ecstatic to have everything done and back on the road quickly all for a good price!

I have been going to this particular Meineke Car Care Center for the last 11 years and they have had the same Owner and Manager. These are the most trustworthy and professional mechanics that Ive ever dealt with. The honesty and great work that they do has kept me coming back and I would recommend them to anyone for car care service. Its hard to find great trustworthy shops but this is definitely one of them.

Honest shop. First time I went there with a low tire problem, they spent 15 minutes on check, filled all tires, couldnt find any obvious problem, didnt charge me. Second time, I had had a problem installation of tires by another vendor (stripped lug nut). Meinecke spent probably 20 minutes on problem, solved it, gave me new lug nut from shop stock - no charge. This time I insisted on paying.

From out of town and had a hole in my tire. I was looking for a tire repair place. I called and Tony Castillo was very nice and straight forward with me so I chose to go here. When I arrived, he moved a vehicle out of a bay to check and plug my tire. He also ran the code on my "check engine" light. Very nice and timely. If I lived here, I would repair my vehicles here.

I looked up all the car care centers in the area and Meineke got the best review so I went with it. I needed my tire plugged from a nail puncture. I walked in and the manager was very helpful. My truck was looked at and worked on within 15 minutes. They were honest and attentive and the price was great. I was in an out with no wait. EXCELLENT SERVICE!

Very nice guys. They helped me check my tires and got everything fixed within one day even if i did not schedule for the service. They did not charge me since it was a minor issue. But still they spent time helping me. I will go nowhere else than Meineke at college park for any future car issues and would refer anyone who would need auto service.

Overall I had a good expereince with this shop. I made an appointment online for a 7:30 a.m. The shop was open on time. The staff was helpful and honest about the turn around time for my issue. Once the parts for the car was in, the installation was quick.
