lets straight to business Ladies and Gentleman The current Staff team needs to be Retrained once again for customer service/Satisfaction, if you will take a Successful Brand such as Jiffy Lube and put it in market and bring in the other side bad Tempered Employees will and surely will do hurt the business, i must say i miss the old Crew team i trusted them with all of my vehicles, these Actual team are truly pathetic, unprofessional and absolutely have no respect for peoples vehicles, if i do bring my Winter vehicle and service it there to have it prepared for the winter and sees the way its being serviced, regardless it is an old model, no Respect for the car, the what so called Technician how he behaves towards it is absolutely disrespect to me and to the jiffy lubes CORES, having a big window to see through the Shop and me being seated and watching the Untrained technician works on my vehicle makes me really wanna jump and stops him if i knew he would be this bad and disrespectful to a Private property, with that being said, i jump to answer my own questions: Q: Will i ever come back to that facility A : Definitely and Absolutely Not as long that team is occupying that building, Q: Will i promote that shop for friends and relatives? A: Hell NOOO, neither one nor Bringing my other New vehicles there, Out of question, i rather go to a Dealership and service them for more money but i will get the costumer satisfaction i deserve regardless of how much or what vehicle will be in. Q: were there Recommendations made by Jiffy lube as far as what necessary needs to be done to the vehicle? A: NOOOOOOOO, they didnt even wipe my windows/windshield nor vacuuming the Floors, My Personal Statement i made above, represent me from the experience and service i received within the facility location, and i dare any Untrained technician to challenge me, prior doing so, go watch the Video cameras you have in the building and you will notice yourself acting unprofessional towards peoples properties, i sure will not bring higher standards vehicles if you cant properly respect a random regulars man mean of ride.

It should be no starts, but I could not post unless I clicked on a star. I have been going to this JL for years...I would drive up, leave my keys, check-in what I wanted done to my car, and either waited or came back for check-out. Today, I was sent directly to waiting room, waited there for at leat 5 min, I asked to please be checked-in so that I could leave to have lunch and was pointed to all the cars in front of mine that needed to be checked-in, because they were checking them in as they made it to their work station, so I waited another five minutes, and took my car never to go back again because now it is not a convenient way to have my oil change during my lunch break. It appears that in order to have less personnel, the same person who is checking-in and checking-out is also doing the service...no wonder per other reviews...the technical service is also poor! This is use to be a nice, dependable place to do an oil change...not any more!!!

Thought I had a good experience until a week later. Turns out nobody bothered to tell me they broke the knob that opens my hood and threw it away. It is now impossible to open the hood without pliers. Once we got it open, I found part of moldy sandwich on the battery. When I went back to complain, they assured me the sandwich must have gotten under the unopenable hood some other way; because they do not eat on the job. They also assured me that since it was a piece that breaks under normal wear and tear, they did not need to tell me about it. They offered to fix the broken part if we bought the part through them. I did not accept the offer.

Went to this Jiffy Lube and got a tire rotation. A few days later I noticed a banging sound from the drivers side under the car. Took it to the mechanic and he said there was a missing lug nut and the other nuts were loose on the tire. He said whoever took the tires off last did not tighten the lug nuts and lost one and if I drive it a few more miles the wheel would have come off! Last time I go to a Jiffy Lube

This place was awesome! I needed a bulb replaced on my truck (2015 chevy) and they did an amazing job and it was quick! Mind you the bumper and other parts had too be removed for something "simple". The manager was very assertive and friendly. The mechanics there were work ready and professional! Would return again!

Each time I come here I pull right up and is seen immediately, my car is vacuumed, windows washed, the mechanics when done (which isnt long) open my door for me and Im on my, havent had a issue
