Not a good experience. Its like a magic trick, they are trying to be so fast that you miss out on the important stuff. I pulled in the car myself into the bay. They gave me two options of oil, blended synthetic and full synthetic, the conventional was not even an option. I am use to Jiffy Lubes showing me the information on their computer with prices, but the person made me choose a oil type without discussing the price and use. I told this person who was giving me a total, that I had a coupon for $8 off. An $8 air filter cost me $27. Again these guys do not talk out the price for you. At the end of everything I paid about $95 for an oil change and airfilter. A second guys came to cash me out, when I told the first person about the coupon. This second person went through my bill like an "AUCTIONEER" (I couldnt understand him, he was speaking so fast) I saw my bill as I get out and realized that they didnt take $8 off. So I drove back and now a third guy is telling me that they will have to void my trasaction and redue the charge for the $8 off. "Oh and get this". They said it may take upto 3 or 4 days for that fully amount to come off my credit card (If you ever believe this statement from anyone, YOU ARE OUT OF YOUR MIND. The way a credit card works, is that the charge isnt fully processed until the end of their day. In any credit card machine you can always refund upto the fully amount that was charged that day.) So instead of having these idiots run my credit card twice. I just let them gain that $8 for several posted reviews. NEVER GO TO THESE PLACES IF THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU PRICES UPFRONT AND HONOR COUPONS THAT THEY SPECIFICALLY HAVE ON THEIR WEBSITE.

I thought with a new location on 235, and under new management, Jiffy Lubes reputation for raking customers over the coals might deserve a second chance. Not so - when you arrive they immediately start work, draining your oil and vacuuming your car, washing windows etc. Once youre out and work has started, they present you with your options - what kind of oil you want etc. My final bill for a simple oil change was over $100!!! I told them I dont want all the extras, I dont need my car vacuumed or windows washed. The lady said thats not optional - its mandatory. What a friggin scam! STAY AWAY FROM JIFFY LUBE! Let the free market take its course. I highly recommend Precision Auto Lube off of 235 just North of Exploration Park. Got my oil changed and tired rotated there for $35. Oh yeah - Jiffy doesnt rotate your tires or top off fluids like coolant and washer fluid - thats extra!

Took my SUV here. They did not check to see why the check engine light was on. They said they vacuumed my car which was nice but they left their trash in my car so I am not sure why they even bothered to vacuum it. If you need an oil change its fast but they try to push stuff on you. After being there, I left and went to autozone where I spent less money and had better service.

Went in last winter with a new air filter (1 week old) and totally bad wiper blades ... asked for an oil change ... they got right on it. In about 20 minutes, they informed me that my air filter needed to be changed ... $80 for a $10 part ... but when I got the car back, the "inspection" said my wiper blades (that they make almost nothing on) were fine.
