You go in for an oil change ;and you wait two hours. Also we were told our breaks needed to be done and they didnt, we got a second opinion and were shown how much padding was still left . Seriously Firestone needs to be reported to the Better Business Bureau. Why lie? Also when your call. ..you feel rushed! I highly recommend not using this place. Oh and on top of that they lost our anti theft lock that takes the wheel off your tires. I called they CLAIMED they didnt have it. WHAT A JOKE
