Hands down the best experience Ive ever had while traveling. Our camper had a massive blow out after calling every store around us (mind you we are on I81 s ) for a tire for our camper we came across this place. When CHRIS picked up the phone said he didnt have one I wanted to cry but he then tells us that he knows a person who does have them and since they are closing in 10 minutes he will go pick it up and take it to this shop to help us. I have never had someone go out of there way for me when they dont even know me. We show up with just the rim and little bit of tire that is left and he tells us that everything will be fine, has our tire on the rim and us out the door in 20 minutes. Will forever remember this great experience and want to say thank you so much.

Good service overall. You can shop around for better prices, but if you arent already "in tight" with a local outfit, I would say you can trust Firestone more than most to not totally screw you over. Still have to watch for the little things like not replacing the drain plug gasket, losing valve stem caps, etc.

Im from Greensboro NC my car broke down off of High Way 81 due to a lack of oil and i was fortunate enough to towed to this firestone. Dave Rodgers took very good care of me and my car. Help me out in a very long process to get my car back on the road. He and the shop did everything in the power to help me out.

one our vacation the front wheelbearing let go what should have been a two hour job was a seven hour job becose the bearing was so burned they got me on the road and kept the price the same . if that is an attempt to scam as others suggested i hope i get scammed more often

Very helpful crew, IMHO. Dave really helped me out with a flickering oil light issue by putting in 4 (!) quarts while I waited to hold me until my scheduled appointment. Dropped me at my office on the day they checked it out. No complaints at this point.

Do your research on Firestone centers on the Internet and you can see that they attempt to scam you into unnecessary repairs, and this location is no different.
