This review is LONG overdue. I have been taking my M6 to Auto Envy since I moved back here to Hampton Roads earlier this year. Just for some background, Ive been driving and modifying cars for quite a long time now, to include lexus, audi, and bmw, as well as several motorcycles. I say that to let you know my background dealing with NON dealerships and dealerships is extensive. Ive taken it to them for routine things like an oil change and spark plugs, as well as helping me troubleshoot an electrical issue that ended up being the alternator. They also helped me with a warranty issue with some dealership work. They are always timely, have good communication, and have VERY reasonable rates. Im very happy to continue to take my car to them for any needs that arise, and highly recommend them to anyone else looking for a great shop.

Called about brake problem on my BMW. Took it in next day and was so surprised to hear back within a few hours that they had found the problem, could have it fixed that day and best of all it wasnt going to cost a full years salary...thanks guys for being one of the few places that doesnt try to bankrupt your customers. I will definitely be coming back with all my repair needs.

they only work on certain cars. so if you need your car fixed they might not work on it.
