"Trustworthy, Convenient, and Customer Focused" We started using Sauder Motors when they relocated to their N. Decatur location. The only time I use a different business for my auto needs is when our cars are under recalls that have to be fixed at the dealer. Sauder Motors has consistently given us great experiences. Because we live very close, they have even returned our truck to our driveway as I am unable to drive it safely. (Too short and not used to manual transmission.) I know of friends who have gone to them for work they were told needed to be done (by competitors), money in hand, and Sauder Motors has told them the work is not necessary. They also have reasonable prices. We are also pleased that Sauder Motors gives back to the Strasburg community. We are very pleased and highly recommend this company.

This was by far the most positive and enjoyable car buying experiences..It was a no pressure atmosphere..the price was reasonable and they really make you feel at home..the car was ready for my test drive before I drove into the lot..the car was in new shape even though it was just shy of 50k miles..they had performed oil change, brakes, tires, and topped the diesel and DEF tank..they definitely have your best interest in buying a used car..I went here soley because of the reviews I read on here, and I want to pay it forward to future customers. You wont be disappointed.

This is a third generation family run business with emphasis on quality and customer service. I purchased a travel trailer from Sauder Motors that was a very good value. As I attempted to hook it to my SUV, I had an issue with my electrical connection. Daryn was quick to diagnose the problem and had it resolved in short order. Information that I gleaned from Daryn and his service team made me wish that I was closer to their location as I would love to have access to such service for all my vehicles. Let this review serve as my recommendation for this fine company.

I have now used Sauder for mechanical work twice, and they are fantastic! Theyre upstanding and honest and the quality of their work is fantastic. My car failed inspection and they actually walked me around the car to show me the issues, unlike other places that will just rattle off a list of things that need done and you just have to take their word on it. I will definitely take any vehicle I own to Sauder, as long as Im living in Lancaster County.

Just bought a new (to us) Mini-Van at Sauder Motors and it was truly a great experience! Andy was a huge help to us the first time we visited and Daryn was great to work with on our return trips. Took van in for oil change with my son. They have a nice waiting area with magazines and toys. They even had fruit snacks for my son. Fast and friendly service. They even tweaked my back windshield wiper which was only working on half of the window.
