I stopped by about 30 minutes ago to try to order a hinge pin for my truck. There was a young lady working at the first register who was assisting a man with a return and an older gentleman assisting a second customer with a purchase on the sales floor. There were two other men waiting ahead of me in line. I have no idea how long one of them had been there, but my neighbor and I had been waiting about 7 or 8 minutes. This is not the kind of store where lines move fast, but they certainly go considerably faster when the female sales associate isnt busy flirting back with the man shes just waited on. I heard him ask her for her name Facebook so he could find her later. She ignored everyone in line for nearly 5 minutes while offering up her screen name at least 3 times. Very unprofessional.

Today I went to see Jake at the above location. I have been traveling for weeks and needed new wiper blades. He not only found the blades instantly, volunteered info about a special deal they offered to get the second blade at 1/2 price, but he also put the blades on for me with a polite smile and the greatest kindness. I would highly recommend this store as the service and experience were wonderful!!!

Bought 2 sets of wipers today and had to bring one set back because I purchased the wrong Rain X wipers for my Chevy. Not only did Rain and Bernard help me with my return of the wrong wipers and the purchase of new ones, Rain (without asking) proceeded to install the wipers for me as well. Mellisa, Bernard, and Rain are all very friendly and helpful. Thanks

Great experience with Rain, I think that was her name. But there is an employee that I avoid, his name is Buddy. Talked to the manager about him and she said he had been there 18 years. So basically she was going to do nothing about his rudeness. So if he is in there, I turn around and leave. But the other employees that I encounter are fantastic.
