Dont shop here. Only place, Ive ordered something online and I couldnt cancel the order online. Boboass company. I had to call a service center and wait on hold for some lady that doesnt want to be there ask me why I want to cancel my order. The funny thing is, even with the trt30, speed perk of 30 percent off, all the items in my cart were cheaper at Amazon and in some cases, a few dollars and delivered everything even oil to my door step.. But, no one will read this because your store sucks, and they are always in the ghetto with shorty people always smoking out front. Trash.

The parts quality is good when you can actually receive the part correctly the first time at your time of visit and dont have to return because of lack of knowledge from the employee... Basically meaning if they could actually look up the right part the first time that would be totally awesome , and this is coming from a mechanic that knows what hes talking about, when he walks into a parts store looking for a certain part and explained it very clearly... I personally think it just must be something in the water on the East Coast when it comes to thinking...

Went in to grab some wiper blades. Employees were discussing personal business fairly loudly and didnt seem to notice me until I took my purchase to the counter. Not a big deal since I didnt need any help, but also not welcoming.

Most of the people are nice, and the prices are okay, but the dumpy redhead is a know it all, treats her employees like morons, and the customers the same. Fire the dumpy redhead and it would be a great place.....

They try there hardest , good customer service ..but are a bit over priced . Make sure youre a member otherwise youll get screwed over with there prices .
