I stopped in to have my 10k service done while I was in the area for work... had some time to kill. No service writers to help me so I waited in line.... they have no express lane like every other dealer in the country evidently. So after being greeted rudley as if I was annoying the blue haired girl at the desk. I then told her I was there because I have a certified pre owned Tacoma and I need my 10k curtesy service done. Just oil and a tire rotate. She looked at me like she didnt know what I was talking about (even though I was at a friggin Toyota dealer). She then told me that she couldnt fit me in so I left. Now I am across the street at the hazelton Honda dealer and after being greeted wonderfully at the express lane I am now paying for my free oil change and tire rotate! I figure I can send a note to Toyota and ask for a refund because of the horrible service one of their dealers provided. Stay away from independence Toyota unless you enjoy getting slapped in the face.

my greatest experience was buying my 2013 RaV4 ; i was greeted by someone outside within 60 seconds. They took us inside and found the sales person I was looking for her name was JOJO. she took her time explaining me every thing I needed to know about the car but also she did every thing on her power to get me a good deal. from when you walk in the door till you leave every body in the dealership make you feel like home. i will definitely continue doing business here. great job everybody

I liked the fact that I was dealt with honestly and straight up. I liked the fact that multiple associates went over my current service and it was finalized by the service manager so that the CORRECT service was done. I had a bad experience with ANOTHER Toyota dealership in my area and I NEVER have anything like that happen at Independence Toyota.

Poor this is the third time I have been there for service and every time I am quoted the cost for the repair something else is added I choose to go to the dealer because I didnt want problems but every time the same thing lets guess at the problem and charge the customer extra if its not. I will not recommend you for service

No Highlanders available after I called to insure there were, salesmen too busy to talk to us after we arrived after driving 2 hours to get there. I went to Haltermans in East Stroudsburg and found exactlly what I was looking for and drove it home that day.

Associates were nice, great selection of cars. I test drove a used car that had a issue, they did try to resolve it, but after an hour and no luck I passed on the car. I would return if intreasted in another vehicle.
