Unbelievably very poor customer service. I overheard a customer, whom I accompanied, request to pick up a part already paid for online. Because the credit card used was not in his name, they told him their policy is to not release the part unless he had both the credit card and ID in hand. Customer called the purchaser who resides in another state. Manager would not get on phone yet says loudly "it is what it is,man" We both just turned around and left. Purchaser called corporate. Within a half hour, Corporate calls them back and explains that the store manager has informed them that the customer came in demanding parts then threw parts in the store and that we could go back and pick the part up right now. Say what? I was there, there was no demanding or threatening behavior. Im sure they have cameras to verify that! We went back immediately to get the part. All the employees that were there less than an hour ago, were gone and new employees were working. Picked up the part no problem. My associate had to ask the clerk if he saw him throwing anything. Clerk said he had "nothing to do with any of it". We wont ever order / buy anything from advance auto ever again. Sorry, it is what it is.

The current employees are all awesome, with the exception of one. The General Manager. As an employee, I was threatened by the current manager, told he would like to take other employees "out back" and had to listen to him put other employees down. He is extremely cocky and has little care for problems that arent his own, even to the point of interjecting while youre trying to talk, to tell you how his problems are more important. He is the exact model of what a manager should NOT be. He was reported to corporate, and not a thing was done, so I think a bad public review is deserving.

The parking lot looks like a junk yard broke down cars and suvs sitting in the corner of the parking lot the service is really bad they are not in uniform one girl/ guy wares a winter hat and is very rude. cJ the one manager dose personal car work on his own car in the parken lot this place has gone down hill have to wait all the time to just buy oil cos there outside smoking or working on there own car

Staff is courteous, they dont always have the auto knowledge to help with some things but can order almost any part you may need an are competitive with pricing so three stars it is.
