The first time my brand new 2012 Rubicon had a leak, the service department told me their "leak specialist" would return in a week. I took the Jeep in any way. They could not find a leak. The second time I took it in, luckily I was working next door during a thunderstorm, they could not dispute the leak and claimed they replaced a "right side roof panel seal". For quite some time now I have been finding water in strange places and thought it was from opening the back window when it was wet. I was wrong, there are leaks on both sides of the rear door, the sub woofer is soaked etc.... I contacted the dealer yesterday via email explaining the problem and still have not heard back from them. If one does any sort of wrangler leek issue web search, it becomes obvious that it is a common problem, which by the way the dealer told me is rare. In my opinion the dealer has not been truthful with the leak issue and now they seem in no hurry to respond to my email.(Almost forgot-The first time I complained about the original leaking, I was told, "Its a Jeep, they are made to get wet, there is a drain plug if thats what you are worried about.")

Daniel Five Star Dealership I purchased a 2001 Dodge Dakota from your dealership. Truth be told I just came in to see what you had and really didnt want to deal with a "car salesman". I could not have been more wrong. When I was looking around C.J., one of your sales associates, came out to meet me. I first thought that he was just going to sell me anything on the lot but instead he listened to what I wanted. I was not in a hurry for the vehicle so I really wouldnt budge on the details that I wanted. I left because we looked at some trucks but none of them was what I wanted. Two weeks went buy and I was surprised to get a phone call from C.J. He told me he had the truck for me. I was shocked he remembered who I was and what I wanted. I came out to the dealership and he showed me a 2001 Dodge Dakota Quad Cab 4.7 V8, 4wd, 4 full doors, black, everything. I told him if he could finance it, I would buy it. I left the dealership with a new truck and I love it. I have told everyone in my family about your dealership and your sales associate C.J. who is not your typical "Car Salesman".

I didnt even buy my wrangler at L&B, I purchased it from a used car lot. I immediately noticed a large oil leak as soon as I brought it home. Because it was still under factory warranty, I called to see if they could look at it. They were so friendly and scheduled the appointment right away. (On a side note there is a dealership much closer to me but not with the same good reputation as L&B) they even gave me a brand new loaner vehicle to use because it turned out to be a big job and they had it for a few days. I cannot say enough good things about the staff, the quality of service and the entire experience. The Jeep was a very big purchase for us and it was disheartening to find out the used car lot that sold it to us didnt disclose the whole truth about it. L&B went above and beyond for someone who was not initially their customer. They now have my business for life.

I am already in love with my New dodge Caliber thanks to Dave. The boyfriend and I were not expecting to have to get a car but when my 96 chevy cavalier decided it wanted to retire and stop working we had no choice. I had shopped around online but never really knew what I wanted. I went on Savage L and B dodge website and started looking at different cars. When we didnt even pass the front door before dave met us and asked us what he could help us with. When we told him what we were looking at and what our price range was he was extremely helpful. I was so impressed but such the great service. This is the first time I bought a new car and will recommend anyone to go to L and B dodge to get a car. Every member there was so helpful and friendly. They were very welcoming. I would go back to L and B anytime. Thank you Dave for all of you help.

I just had an awesome experience at Savage L & B. I wanted a high performance hood for my new Jeep Wrangler. But I was overwhelmed by the thought of getting it, and then having it painted and then installed. Not to mention getting my old hood back to my house after the install. Then I went to Savage and talked to Pat, the parts manager. He helped me with every step and made a complicated procedure easy. He even helped me get the new hood to the body shop and then get my old hood back to my house. You wont see another parts manager going the extra mile for a customer like that. At least not often. I highly recommend Pat. He knows his stuff and is willing to give you a great price and help out any way he can. Thank you again Pat. You will be seeing me again soon. Tony

Love my Rubicon and i wouldnt have bought it from anywhere else. Great local sales and service. Found the exact car I wanted, in a reasonable amount of time, and at an excellent price. The staff there is always welcoming and making sure that Im satisfied. I honestly never thought I would have bought a Jeep. once i stepped into that showroom they sold me primarily on how personal they were, caring, and made sure I got into a car I was happy with and proud to own. Ill send everyone I know to Savage. Since I purchased the car every time I stop in or see a team member out they are always caring and make sure Im happy and not have any issues.

I just bought an unlimited wrangler last week and love it. I had two 2-door wranglers years ago and was really wanting to get back into one. As someone who has always hated the car buying experience and has had several negative interactions I was tremendously pleased with the help I received. Rachel and Steve made the whole process simple, stress free, and quick. They were straightforward and were concerned with my needs, not just selling me a car. It will be difficult to go anywhere wlse in the future, not that I plan on looking anytime soon. This will be the first place I recommend to anyone looking to buy a car or truck.

I am very pleased with the sales & service departments here at Savage L & B. Josh (47) , the salesperson who helped us pick out our pre-owned 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited, was very helpful and friendly. The service staff is also very good. Roy and Jeff who have helped me with service issues I have had with past vehicles are now what I consider to be friends of mine. Josh has also greeted me almost everytime i take my Jeep in for normal service has also become a friend of mine. I give Roy, Jeff, Josh and the rest of the L & B Staff a 5 star review. Thanks To all of them.
