This place is run by a smiling moron named Ed. The kind of guy who smiles at you while he buries the knife deep into your wallet. If you use this place, be advised they use low quality parts on your vehicle and triple charge you for those parts. I took my car in for inspection which needed a new pump for the windshield wiper fluid to pass. They used a 13 dollar part and charged me 37 dollars.( I had the same part replaced by this incompetent bunch last year) Heres the kicker, I had a loose wire from the sensor that shows that you are low on wiper fluid. Instead of attaching the wire to the sensor, the mechanic just cut the wire off and taped it. Now I have no sensor. They charged me 100.00 for this act of vandalism. They the told me I had a leak of fluid in my back end and had to replace a seal. It could not pass inspection without this being fixed. I am not by any means a mechanic but I know a leak will leave marks on my driveway. Guess what! I had no leak marks on my driveway.Needless to say, I was pissed. I disputed the charges with my credit card company and won! I dont want anyone else to go through what I went through. Just remember the old saying,"Buyer Beware". If there is nothing wrong with your car, they will find something wrong with it and then do a lousy job fixing it..STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! A one star rating is one star too many.

My brother took his car there and asked them to fix a misfiring and stalling problem. Paid them $700 and they guaranteed him the problem was fixed. The car wouldnt even start and the check engine light was still on. He needed to get a jump to start it to get out of the parking lot and it still stalls. He went back to them and told them and they said that he needed to pay them more to have them look at it and fix it AGAIN. DO NOT USE THEM. I dont care whos name they are boasting.

I would recommend them for simple car issues, oil changes, tune ups for more complicated issues I would steer away. I took a car in with no dash lights, they said I needed a whole new dash ~$700 - took it some where else and they replaced the light bulb $36. Another issue was a check light problem that cost me ~1200 and 2 years before I took it to the dealer. Like I said not bad BUT it they are talking big $ get a second opinion.

Today my son was heading to college in Maryland from Long Island NY. As he was driving on Rt 78 he started losing exceleration and his car came to a complete stop on the shoulder!! After being towed to Meineke and thinking maybe a fuel pump or worse, these guys replaced his coal for a reasonable price and sent him on his way within an hour or two... complete gentleman, thank you!!!!!!!

I took my Audi to Meineke after getting an estimate from the dealer for $1,200 Meineke fixed my Audi is exhaust system for $250 it never sounded better Ive been there before I can see theyre Under New Management things are really looking up thank you Meineke especially thank you Anthony and John a true customer

Made an appointment for inspection well in advance of this date. The appointment was for 0830 and here I sit at 0910 and my car has still not been brought in to the shop. I believe that an appointment is made for a reason. I kept my end of the bargain I was here on time. Now the rest of my day is screwed.

I was told by several people who knew cars that my muffler was on upside down. After they had put the new muffler on in january. Extremely pissed that they call them selves mechanics if they can put a muffler on. Plus past visits they would nitpick at everything raising the bill higher.

I asked them to give me a diagnosis, a state inspection, and a oil change. They did that but forgot to put the lug nuts back on my front right tire and my tire flew off my car on the highway! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE they are scetchy and manipulative!

Great place I came in with a raddle noise under my car it has been driving me crazy for weeks they showed me that my catalytic converter was failing. It took them less the 30mins and I was on my way raddle free.
