I did not buy my car from Preston Hyundai. I moved to DE recently. I called to make an appointment to have to sound checked in the car. It was not working on the radio, phone or GPS. Today, I received a phone from Dana who said she would try to reset. When I called her back from the car she walked me through the easy process and fixed it. For Dana to call me instead of me going in and paying for a diagnostic, is huge for me. Thank you Preston Hyundai for making the possible. You care about your customers. A random act of kindness goes a long way.

Great sales team bad finance manger very rude and would rather not help someone get into the one you pick out if he can sell it quicker to someone else then tell you he can get the same car we were working on that he sold from an auction so it didnt really matter that it was sold so please beware if u shop there may get a bad car sold a an auction that they dont know anything about !!!!! Deff going somewhere far far away from them for now on even thou we have sent 10 people there way in less then a year !!

For the past 4 days. I have sent emails & left messages for the General Manager & Sales Manager in regards to some questions. No return calls have been received. Then I called today & I was left on hold for over 15 minutes. I would never ever consider dealing with this dealership. Im very disappointed with their customer service. I guess that they are only there for you if you are making a purchase. But I would say dont expect anything else from them.

Meghan Wharton. Remember the name. This girl got me out of a nightmare situation into a new , safe and reliable car. I was stuck with a lemon that nobody wanted to pay off , that was costing me hundreds of dollars in repairs and rentals. This place paid it off for me and gave me the upmost help that I needed. Bought a 2007 Elantra. Paint has a 3 yr warranty... right after 3 yr mark, paint on the spoiler is bubbling all over. Looks horrible. Spoiler also wasnt installed correctly. Water leaks through where it was bolted on. Obiously not a factory job.
