So pleased... they were such a big help, had a bad tire that i knew wouldnt make it to work the next day, i have a toddler and didnt feel safe driving my truck in such condition. Everyone else was closed or close to it and not willing to help... called them not too far from their closing time and they had me right in with two new tires for my truck, even had to stay a few mins past closing and they did so with no grudge or displease... everyone was so pleasant and knowledgable, great prices as well... truly went above and beyond customer service... will truly suggest to all my friends and fam and will be a returning customer!!! Kudos to still practicing amazing customer service and having compassion for your customers...

Staff was very friendly and helpful! I had gone to 2 other places before coming here and the people at the previous places were rude/couldnt even tell me what I needed to do next. A very nice man took the time to come outside and check my truck to see if I needed to make an appointment. This place will be my new go to for any issues!

Best Firestone experience Ive ever had! The techs were very knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the whole repair process on my vehicle. They even helped me stay within my budget by giving me information on which repairs were immediately needed for safety, and which repairs could be delayed.
