My first time ever buying a new vehicle and it couldnt have gone better! My salesperson, walked me through the process step by step. More importantly, I felt that he was incredibly honest and upfront. I, like most folks my age, are incredibly wired in with social media, forums, YouTube. I read and watch DOZENS of reviews before making any large purchase. Unfortunately, on the other side of the coin is that it is strictly opinion and very subjective. Enter Ricky Hernanadez, my salesperson. I know these guys receive hours upon hours of training to sell their product but not once did I feel pressured into buying something I shouldnt have. And hey, maybe thats part and parcel of their training but I did not at all get that vibe. For instance, Recaro seats; I inquired about his opinion on them as most of what I was reading on the internet was very hit or miss. You either love them or hate them. Gave me an honest answer, If I was to buy the Fiesta, Id want them. The Focus (which I ended up buying), not so much. Such an answer surprised me, salesmen I know I constantly nudging you towards taking the more expensive option and his honesty here gave me relief and some clarity. Here was a salesman that simply wanted me to get the most car for my money. I will definitely be back in the future for all of my future car buying needs and services!

I bought my very first car at New Holland Auto Group and I have nothing but positive things to say about them! I didnt know what to expect since it was my first time buying a car, but Tyler and Sergio helped me in everyway possible and made my first purchase one that I will never forget. They also made it as easy as possible and I had no issued whatsoever. From my first call to New Holland Auto Group and talking to Tyler to making the 40 minute drive and being greeted my Sergio and going for a test drive I was awesome. I felt like I was a part of the family from when I stepped foot inside the showroom. Each of them took the time to explain everything to me when I asked questions because I didnt understand. When I am shopping for a new car in years down the road, my first stop will be at New Holland Auto Group. I have already recommended them to family and friends. My purchase of a Jeep Renegade on February 20, 2017 at New Holland Auto Group was one that I will never forget!

I recently bought a new Jeep Compass here and the whole experience couldnt have been better. New Holland is kind of far for me and they were very flexible and respectful of my time. I actually bought the car on a Saturday, did all the paperwork and financing online during the week, and picked it up the following Friday. My sales consultant Greg was wonderful! He was so accessible and anytime I had a question he got back to me right away. Everyone I met there was super helpful. I felt they genuinely wanted to find the right car for each person and werent simply pushing the newest or most expensive models. The excellent customer service continued even when I got home. I wanted my inspection stickers updated and they immediately offered to come pick my car up, leave me a loaner, and do the inspection for free. I cant imagine I would get service this good anywhere else. Everyone should buy their cars here. Ask for Greg :)

Terrible. I bought a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee here this past July. They are STILL contacting me via phone and email trying to get me to buy a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I have already had my brand new vehicle to the shop multiple times. Most recently I had a sensor go bad. While replacing the sensor, they decided to replace the TIPM, but neglected to inform me. Two days later my car wouldnt start because the TIPM they put in without telling me was faulty (thanks for testing it out first...). They had me come in again to replace the TIPM they had just replaced but decided not to replace the battery even though the technician noted that it had been damaged by the faulty TIPM. They agreed to replace the battery only to renege when I brought the vehicle back to be serviced. This organization is scum, top to bottom.

This company does exactly what they say they will do. When my wife Sharon and I were in the process of buying a car, we came to New Holland Toyota. Once we were satisfied with the financial end, we were taken on a tour of the "service department." Dont miss this tour. Every tool was in its place, every man was working, the entire area was well lit and the place was as clean as a hospital. By the time we walked thru the service department, our minds were made up. We believed that they could and would keep our investment well maintained. If you dont believe me, go on over and ask for a walk thru. I tell you they are proud of their work, and would be happy to show it to you. Too bad this work ethic isnt everywhere in our great country anymore. To ALL the people in New Holland Toyota, THANK YOU !

First off I want to say that I have purchased a truck at New Holland Dodge and the sales team was great, but this review is all about the service department. Long before I purchased my Durango at New Holland I was using the New Holland Service Department. This part of the team is absolutely the best around. Ken is super as the service consultant for the Dodge line of New Holland. They have always been prompt and honest with what has to be done on our vehicles. I own a B&B in Gordonville and one of my guest had their Jeep s service lights go on . I sent them to New Holland and they were taken care right away and happy as a lark and on their way to next part of their trip. In short, New Holland is a great car and service dealership.

I recently purchased a Ram 3500 from New Holland Auto Group. I can honestly say that Charlie (GM) and the staff at NH went above and beyond. Buying a vehicle is a big investment. They understand that and treat you with respect by giving you the time and information needed to make an educated decision. You truly feel that you have someone on your side, helping you through the car buying process. What a difference! In addition to the VERY knowledgeable sales staff, the service department is extremely professional. You can immediately see that New Holland Auto Group has invested in a world-class service department. I was really impressed with their diesel shop. Buy your next vehicle from New Holland Auto Group. Kurtis and Mike (financial) were great to work with. Mike helped me get a better rate than anyone else (and there were plenty). Kurtis made sure any concerns I had about the car were checked out and fixed (there was a rattle when I test drove). I got a great price on the vehicle. Kurtis even helped me pull off a surprise for my daughter, who I bought the car for. I was able to do all of my communication by phone and email so when it came time to visit the dealership I only had to do the paperwork and not spend all day there negotiating and waiting. They also offer great benefits to their customers who purchase a car for ongoing maintenance. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely return.
