I will not go back to this place. I never write reviews, but this is the 2nd time Ive had a problem. 1st problem: A couple years ago I wanted to order snow &a ice tires. I called to see if they could get them and give me a price. The place who I usually go through couldnt order the brand. The guy I spoke to said hed check and call me right back....never heard back from them. Ended up ordering from Tire Rack and got them mounted at my local shop on my winter rims. 2nd problem: I recently ordered 2 new snow tires (from Tire Rack) cause I got a bolt through one tire end of last season. I wanted to get them mounted cause my summer tires were still on and they are too hard for this cold weather now. Local shop is closed on Saturdays so I called up firestone and he told me to come right up it would be no problem to get them mounted. Got there and he told me it would be about an hour....I went back home....2 hrs 15min later they were finally finished. I go to put them on Wednesday night after work... I get to the last Tire and see the centering ring is missing on the rim. I called firestone Friday cause they were closed Thursday for the holiday. I know it was in there when I took it cause I looked at them but never checked when I picked them up. I told the guy it was missing and he said no one said anything so he took my name and number and said hed check by the balancing machine and get right back to me. I said thanks, and told him if he couldnt find it to let me know so I could call Tire Rack to get a replacement. Well...when I mentioned tire rack he said, "yeah, I had trouble when I ordered rims off them. They sent me the wrong centering rings and I had to send them back and wait for new ones. They were horrible to deal with". Ok....now I called cause YOU screwed up and lost a part off my rim not tire rack. Anyway, they never called me back...AGAIN! I called tire rack the next day and they told me theyd send me a centering ring right out with no charge. I received it today....the very next day. Soooooo...tire rack is awesome and this place can go to hell. They need to hire people that know what they are doing and actually call people back. They probably broke or lost it and just didnt tell me.

About a month or two ago I noticed a slow leak in my front driver side tire. We have our own AAA tire pressure gauge and compressor and noticed that the tire kept looking flat. I took the car to Firestone because thats where I bought my tires and I knew that they did patches affordably. Recently, I noticed cupping on all of my tires. The tread was wearing dangerously unevenly. I was worried about something mechanically wrong with the car so I had my father (a former mechanic) take a look at it while I was visiting. The tires were about 33% OVER inflated, which causes cupping for the tires. I knew Fireston did this. 1.) There were the last ones to have ANYTHING to do with the air pressure of my tires. 2.) I know how to read a freaking gauge, so I know it wasnt me. 3.) Firestone was pushing for me to get the car inspected the day I brought it in for the patch. I refused since I had another month before I needed to get it inspected. I asked them if my car would pass inspection in a month if I brought it back then. They said yes. In other words, because I didnt spend more money with them the day I brought it in, they ruined my $500 tires that I now must get replaced before next winter. I took the car in multiple times for oil changes and other services. Who knows how long theyve been doing it for. Dont go here. If youre in the Wilkes-Barre/Pittston Area, go to a local mechanic. I found one and they are fabulous (rules on the side bar say I cant mention theyre specific name). They are the only people I will let handle my car now. You should be ashamed Firestone. Here goes a customer and I hope you lose many others because of this review. Stop sabotaging your customers.

Your facility was closed early for some kind of meeting without proper notice. A note the size of an index card with even smaller writing is both unprofessional and just wrong. I work for a company with a large fleet account and I will be recommending that we move our business else where. You should be ashamed. Or had 2 meetings and kept the business open. Like any responsible business would.

Stay away from this location. Go to Scranton or Stroudsburg.. The desk guys are completely rude and clueless and the mechanics are inadequately trained. I love Firestone and have been going to it for years, but whenever I have to go to this location its a disaster. They once put my bald spare tire on for no reason and rated the tread 8/10.. Just go to Scranton or Sburg..

quick service but. I go in for an inspection and fail for my pads by 2/32 of an inch. PA lay states less then 2/32. Then he said well I know you just got approved for the card so we could do your breaks for 156. Im like nice try. And got my inspection. Not playing this game. Now 2 people after of have left and my tires are still not on.

This was my first time using Firestone, The front desk agent was very informative and helpful. The service was quick and the price was less than the coupon on- line.. I would strongly recommend this location. .
