I was recommended to look at Performance Toyota by another satisfied customer who purchased a Prius in the Fall of 2013. When I started shopping for my new car, I engaged in communications with 5 other Toyota dealerships. Instead of considering dealerships closer to home or work, I chose Performance Toyota. This was directly a result of my communications with a member of the Internet Sales Staff, Dylana Wolcott. Her level of attentiveness and professionalism was exemplary and exactly what was needed for me to feel comfortable purchasing a car from Performance Toyota. After arriving, I had the pleasure of meeting Dylana and several members of the Performance Toyota staff; most notably my salesman, Adam Jones. Adam did an outstanding job throughout all aspects of the sale. I was impressed with Adams level of knowledge with the Toyota hybrid line, as he walked me around the Prius C to familiarize me with the car inside and out prior to even starting the test drive. I also appreciated Performance Toyotas willingness to work with me throughout the negotiations process. As a new customer, I feel that this process was fair and resulted in the deal I received and accepted - which directly contributed to me being able to leave Performance Toyota in a new car the day I stopped by for a test drive. I was actually in and out of the dealership on a Saturday in about 3 hours. I feel this was remarkable and directly attributable to the level of care and attentiveness of my salesman. While managing his other appointments and test drives, Adam continued to check in with me and ensured the process remained moving - from negotiation to finance to vehicle preparation - up until the point I got in my new Prius C and drove away. Thank you Performance Toyota for such a positive car buying experience.

For some reason, the paragraph below is a review I did 3 years ago. It never published. I came back today, because I purchased another car yesterday from Performance Toyota. I had the same exceptional experience as I had 3 years ago. This time, it was Eddie Rodriguez who took great care of me. I love my new Toyota Venza, and I really appreciate the staff at Performance Toyota. From 3 yrs ago: Im amazed at the number of negative reviews on here. I feel like I went to a completely different place! I knew I wanted a Toyota Avalon. I first went to another Toyota dealer that was nearer home. They basically ignored me, so I got in my car and drove to Performance. Within 5 minutes of arriving, I was greeted by Ryan. He was pleasant and low pressure. Very professional and friendly. We took a test drive. He showed us everything and even described what he liked (which had nothing to do with engine size, etc - things I could care less about - they were really neat details). We agreed on a car, but I wanted a specific color, so it had to be found. Ryan called me several times over the next week, to let me know he was looking for the car. He called me when it arrived. We set up a date for me to pick it up. Everyone at Performance on the day I picked it up was wonderful. They explained everything, offered me options without pressuring me at all, and the deal they offered me was very fair. I didnt need to haggle price . I couldnt have been happier and based on this experience would go back there again.

I was helped by 4 different people. Angela and Sara at the phone/desk both were very friendly and helpful. Both spent much time with me on the phone answering all my questions about the car I was interested in and any other concerns I had. They did not pressure me to come in or try to "hard sell" me and were very patient. Very different from the other dealerships I contacted who only wanted to "get me in" to try out a car, any car, and couldnt be bothered to answer in any detail over the phone. When I got in, Alex was the guy who took me out for a test drive and handled the sale. He was very patient showing me each and ever feature of the car until I understood it and was comfortable with it. He brought us hot chocolate and coffee and walked me thru the sale process and even got my insurance switched so I was covered for the trip home. Another woman (short, blonde) helped me as well but I never got her name (Linda?) - she explained the GAP insurance coverages and helped to verify my registration was up to date when I found that I had left my current registration at home by accident. Everyone did everything possible to make it an easy pleasant experience and not once did I feel pressured. They also got me the numbers I needed financially to make this work. I would definitely come back again and recommend the place to others. The car is beautiful and handled very well on black ice and snow on the drive home that night. Im looking forward to enjoying it moving forward!! Thanks! A++++++++

I love this dealership,.....they are amazing. Im so happy that they wouldnt deal with me and sent me on my way. When I tried to negotiate with them. I was told "we dont want this deal we will not make enough money on it". I am happy they did that, because I got my car from another dealer who was nice and polite. For what I wanted to pay and what I could afford...I didnt let Norm come out of the back office and say,...well sorry over the phone the deal sounded good. But we just cant do that deal now. Look there are only 3 positive reviews out of the bunch of reviews on here. So what I say doesnt matter. Everyone already knows. The new dealership isnt going to change anything, damage is already done,... the most powerful form of advertising on the planet.Word of mouth......................... I have a problem,....it seems I like being treated with respect when I am going to spend a few thousand dollars of my hard earned money. And when businesses like this one cant treat a customer right, and with respect and like a human being....they get a bad review.

This was my first time at Performance Toyota, I went in looking for a used/ older car. What I got was a 2012 Camry and I LOVE it. My sales person was Adam Jones and he made the car buying process easy and painless. He took his time to give us a car that best fit our family and our needs. He asked us many questions and showed us a few cars he thought would work best for us. After a couple of hours we decided that we really liked the Camry but wanted some time to think about it ( this was Monday). He gave us the time that we requested and contacted us Wednesday just to see how we were feeling. I told him that I was off on Thursday and I would be in. Adam said congratulations on your new car and that he was off that day but he would be in to make the sale go smoothly. He came in for about 3 to 4 hours, ON HIS DAY OFF !!!!!!! What GREAT customer SERVICE !!!!! Performance Toyota should be very thankful to have an incredible sales person like Adam. Thank You Adam
