Im updating this because of how strongly I feel. After contacting UPS who have a confirmation that my package is at this location I decided to go into the location since they could not handle my problem over the phone. The lady refused to check on my package and kept telling me to contact UPS because they didnt have my package. Despite me telling her that I already contacted them. 0/5 stars I had been waiting for a package in the mail that said it was transferred to this post office two Saturdays ago. I decided to wait to see but still had not received it in the mail nor had my tracking number been updated. I decided to call just to see if they could check on the package or give me some type of update. Before I could even ask I was rudely interrupted. When I tried to ask for further clarification how someone could tell me my package wasnt in the building when I didnt even give them a tracking number, I was rudely cut off again. Very poor customer service over the phone.

Let me start by saying I go out of my way to be friendly to people who do customer service all day because its a rough gig. I have never had a positive interaction at this post office. Today, I decided to write a review after handing the postal worker a package and saying "Id like to send this media mail" and she puts it on the scale and prints a first class sticker. I asked why it cant go media mail and she said, "You didnt say." I said, "Im sorry, yes I did, its the first thing I said" and she proceeded to be rude as she corrected it and throughout the rest of the transaction. Ive used a lot of post offices regularly and made some friends, this is the most poorly equipped/stocked, poorly staffed, bad-attitude PO Ive ever had the displeasure of using.

they have absolutely no idea what they are doing here. Nice enough, but as all too common at military bases, workers know that there customers are military and are conditioned to just accept awful treatment and not complain. I would be better off taking my mail and throwing it to the wind rather than expecting any type of service here. Now we know why FEDEX is twice as expensive than the post office, but, is driving the post office out of business, they are polite and actually do what you pay them to do - deliver packages. oh well......................

Update: They got a girl with bright red hair working there who is nice and has great customer service. Bumped up my review, just because of her. Both times Ive had interactions with her, she had been great. My package arrived at this post office and they cannot tell me where the location is. They told me it was forwarded (it was mis scanned) and said sorry, we will deliver it when we get it back to us

Closes at 4:55, not 5:00, which is a violation of federal law. Employees are both rude and lazy. While waiting in line about a half dozen times, I have witnessed one of the employees (Middle Eastern or East Indian, I believe) be snappy & condescending to customers. Sometimes when Im getting my mail out of my box, I can hear the employees in the mail room yelling at each other. So professional...not.

Ever since we moved in, we have had mail never make it to us and be returned to sender. Ive been told that its the computers fault that sorts the mail because someone lived here with a similar name. It is very frustrating trying to get this issue resolved and it has been going on for a year.

Multiple times their drivers have "attempted delivery" to our house on base but "missed" us even though my wife and I have been home. No knock on the door, no doorbell rang, just lazy people not delivering our packages. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I typically avoid this location but I needed to grab a few items from the neighboring commissary. Ive been here three times and wont be returning. There is always one employee on shift (all of them rude) and long wait times.
