Hello i wanted to inform the carrier for the 21207 zip code that delivers to my old address 5912 Franklin Ave Apt. 1-D. that they could send all mail to my new address 918 Saint Agnes lane same zip code 21207. Ive already put in for a change of address form. I will call in the morning to check to see if I can have all mail since July 21st sent to the new address at 918 Saint Agnes lane 21207. Thank you so very much. Ms. Sharon D. Miles and my son Keith R. Miles jr. receives mail also

The wait to pick up a pkg. is WAY TOO LONG. I had to leave and come back because the first time there they were in the back playing and no one would help a line full of people waiting for over 20 minutes. Today was a little better waited for about 5 minutes after ringing the broken bell and went to the front counter where they rung the bell and someone came within 2-3 minutes. Need to get that bell & system fixed.

Absolutely ridiculous. Clerk picked up the phone placed me on hold and then came back on the line and said they are closed. Are you serious?!?! I wish you could give "zero" stars just like the clerk who answered gave "zero" customer service. Why would she answer the phone of they are closed!????! Who does that?!?

The retail hours of the post office are not supportive of working people. 9:30 to 5 Mon thru Fri 9:30 to 12 Sat I have a package pick up and unless I can get there on Saturday i will need to miss work.

Looked up in the WWW and said opens @7 when I got there the sign says 9:30, it is now 9:30 and STILL NOT open!!! WTF! Does corporate office care?! They need to get people who are PROFESSIONAL!
