They ought to be ashamed of themselves at this post office. This is my second time on hold on the phone today for over 10 minutes each time. No one can help me. No one will call me back. No one comes back to the phone,; they just leave you on hold until you have to hang up and call back. And they will not tell me why my package is "undeliverable" when I received another package from the same post office, on the exact same day!
