I have got a worst experience with them just few days and upto now its not yet solved. Actually I got a mail form USICS on Jan 9th to my old address its Catonsville . Then I call the usps Catonsville that I recently moved to Chicago can you please forward the mail to my new address . They told me that they will check in the postbox if its still in box they will forward it to my new address . Then after 2 or 3 business I call them I ask whether it is in box are not they told me that its still box we will forwarded it to your new address which is Chicago. Then I didnt yet call them for one week because they told me already its forwarded to my new address . Then I call the uscis and I have taken tracking number from them and I have check it . It shows me clearly Its still in postbox . But if I call them usps Catonsville and ask them they are simply telling we forwarded the mail without scanning it . It will take time to deliver you have to wait they told . Ok then I waited more then one week . In the mean time I call usps customer services regarding the mail they told me we need 2 or 3 business days to track the location or where your package is and they open a search case on package . But they didnt yet call me and didnt yet inform me anything upto now . If I call usps customers services they are opening the case and telling they need time . If I ask usps Catonsville simply we forwarded your package thats it we dont known where it is . They are telling there duty is only to delivered the mail not to forward the mail from delivered box to new address . Here clearly I am understanding that they lost the mail and playing with me . How careless they are with the mails and its very important mail from USCIS , if you want to extract information they given me customer affairs number . Its also Same she not yet responding simply they are shouting or ignoring the calls . This is not suppose to work in postal department . Its very important mail to me from USICS ,its my EAD card . Atleast they have fell a response I informed them first only its important mail from USCIS I cant work in USA without that . Again they are telling me mail was mailed you before 30days so please contact the sender and reapply for the card or mail. How simply they are telling if I suppose to reapply the card I have to pay them again $380 and I suppose to wait 90 to 120 days for approval of new card . What I have to do now . This is worst worst and careless service by usps Catonsville . My rating is zero but without rating I cant post it thats why I given 1

I called the Catonsville location because my tracking numbers told me that my packages were delivered but I hadnt received the packages. The initial lady that answered the phone was helpful; she told me to call back Monday morning speak with the carrier to see if he left my packages because if he did, "theres a possiblity that your packages may have been stolen." "That area has alot of missing packages." Is what the lady told me. I called this morning to speak with the carrier and explained to him that I havent received my packages. He said that he dont remember delivering any packages to my apartment but if my packages "were stolen, they were stolen. What am I supposed to do?" Were his exact words. So of course I was upset because hes supposed to provide a service and the way he sounded as if people dont receive their goods, OH Well. These type of people make it hard to have compassion for the upcoming cuts to the post office. HORRIBLE DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE.

IVE Had at least two bad experiences with the workers...(2 black women) really immature ... and I want to say so no one takes this as a racial complaint....there have been black workers there (men and women) for YEARS who were really pleasant and responsible people who I had nothing but respect for.. I could not believe these two womens behavior ...and for nothing... but the one, I will say, when I saw her after I reported them to the manager, later was very different in the way she interacted and I thanked her and I think she could see I appreciated her behaving in a more appropriate, mature way. I felt like asking her if she was just having a bad day or something....but the other one who just treated me rough and arrogantly.....for no reason other than she saw what happened with her co-worker.... just disgusting ! to be fair...this happened about six months ago and I havent seen either woman since and the people there now are very good so far

This is by far the least friendly post-office around. It is very close to me but when I learned to drive five miles down the road to the Ellicott city post office to avoid talking to the rude ladies in the Catosville branch. Given how rude and unhelpful the employees of this branch are, Im not surprised that USPS is losing money. One simple issue, if you have a package with a prepaid label, they will make you stand in line just so they can ask you whether your package has anything liquid or hazardous. I pointed out to them that I already answer that statement on the website when purchasing the label, only for a lady to start shouting at me about not teaching her how to do her job. It is also very common to have a long line because there is only one person working the counter while the rest of employees are heard laughing and cheering at the backroom.

TERRRRRRRRIBLE TERRIBLE POSTAL WORKERS at this front desk! TERRIBLE-RUDE-NASTY ATTITUDE black women at "1001" Frederick rd Catonsville office! They get very VERY VERY RUDE with you, give you thee utmost nastiest attitudes when you are simply asking them to do apart if not THEIR JOBS. They are terrible at this post office. The two black women at the front ARE the rudest b****es Ive encountered at customer service ability. These comments that Im reading, now I see Im not alone and not going crazy just yet! And beautiful asian woman that thought it was just because youre asian; NOPE.. These women at this post office branch ARE just TERRIBLE RUDE NASTY HORRIBLE.. Period. Worst experiences every time I unfortunately have to go to this branch. Terrible post office workers. Both of them. (Those women at the front desk)

Riddle me this: The Halethorpe post office honors my forwarding service, and transfers my package to the Catonsville post office. The Catonsville post office does not honor my forwarding service, and delivers my package to my old address in Halethorpe. Why is it that, when I call the Catonsville office to get the mistake corrected, they force me to call the Halethorpe office to retrieve my package? The Catonsville delivery person was totally fine bringing my package to the wrong address in a zone where they dont deliver. I figured they would be fine fixing their own mistake. I couldnt get that message across to the person who answered the phone at Catonsville. They were too busy talking over me and trying to get me off the phone as fast as possible before they had to (Oh, dear God. No!) actually help a customer.
