I live at 320 Market Street, Middletown, PA in an apartment building with 50 units, we havenot received any mial deliverieson Saturday 12/18/2016., even though I observed the mail truck driving all over the neighborhood, we did not get a delivery, and again today Thursday December 22, 2016 we did not get a delivery, with 50 units in the building someone must have gotten mail, but no delivery was made, disgusted with the service, have been to the Post Office in person and spoken to the Post Master, he assured me he would take care of it, what a hoot, this time of year we depend on deliveries of packages and Christmas Cards from family and friends, this is not acceptable, and if it doesnt improve I will go to a higher authority,

I have been patiently waiting for delivery of a toddler mattress for my visiting grandson due to arrive in two days. Just checked my tracking which claims its already been delivered 3 days ago. The sheets were delivered but no mattress. Now I have to chase around to find out why the driver only handed me one package. Wonder where she delivered it. I tried to call but just get a bunch of unnecessary options and then told it will be a 50 minute wait. I cant imagine theres so much going on at 4 pm that no one is available to take a call. No wonder other shipping companies are doing so well. Time to pull the plug on the USPS. Not worth the money charged.

This post office is usually the one I go to. Lately they havent been doing very well. We all know how stressful wedding planning is. My fiance and I sent our WEDDING INVITATIONS (90 of them) out at thebeginning of APRIL... after a month we called the people who havent rsvpd.... their response was they NEVER received our invitations. No, This wasnt them just saying they didnt get it because they forgot to send them back, these were 5 of my bridesmaids who LIVE IN PA and 5 family members who LIVE out of state.... not a happy bride... along with this my mother sent out bridal invites and quite a few of them were not delivered either...

All I asked was what is the hours for the day because on Google it said business hours may differ due to Memorial Day. The operator that picked up the phone must be either deaf, or do not understand English at all. She must have been stupid.

The manager was extremely rude and nasty ! Needs to be fired ! Hire someone else that doesnt have an attitude and doesnt take it out on there customers ! Wasnt helpful at all !

USPS is struggling. I dont know why. Monday to Friday works fine. Weekends are very irregular. Its a toss up. If the shipper says sat or sun, I plan for Monday.
