Terrible!!! I ordered a gear shift from Korea March 15, 2017 and it got to this post office march 29, 2017, it is April 11, 2017 and the package has yet to get to my house and I literally live 5 min from this post office. I called and spoke to some lady and she is saying its not there and shouldve been sent out basically around March 29th, well I know that, so my question is where is it then. She kept assuming that it was a small package and maybe the mailman didt scan it...what type of mess is that. First off its not that small, the box is like the size of a cell phone box. Im pissed, so I have to go to the ebay seller as if it was their fault to try to resolve this issue, but it should be on the irresponsible postal employees.

Had a passport appt at 10:45 on a Saturday. Maria whos incompetent gave me that appt. time & didnt tell me the post office doesnt take appts. till 11am. So, an hr. of my time was wasted waiting in line to pay the fee & sit waiting to be called. Had to re-schedule my appt. Filed a complaint.

They expect you to know how to do their job and when you dont, they get an attitude. Ill spend my money elsewhere. Folks, if you dont want to work, quit so someone that does want to work can. Please avoid this place if you value any type of customer service.

I visited this location three times in the past week to mail separate packages. Each time the line was out the door. Nonetheless Mikal gave me efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant service with a smile. Great job!
