They lost my package. First, I called to tell them that I didnt receive my package on a certain day and that the tracking information wasnt updated for me to see where my package was. Gave the person my information and she told me that she would give me a call back after an hour. I waited a day. Never got a response. I called them back the next day (which was today) and they told me that "the package was here but its gone, it wasnt scanned, so.... we have no idea where it is. I dont know what else to tell you. You will have to take a loss." You have no idea? Really? You have no idea where it is? I realize that you may receive quite a few packages on a regular basis, but for you to sit there and say that it was there and that you have no idea where it is now when it was clearly at your facility is unacceptable. Someone either A. took it or B. someone just didnt do their job. A package just doesnt go missing like that. But you know, that ok. It more than likely doesnt bother you because it wasnt something you bought or paid for. Thats ok. Let it happen to you and Im sure you would feel the same way that Im feeling.

I am very familiar with this location being that this is where my mail comes through. However, if you ever come here when there is a long line of people you will see the staff will do little to get people out and on there way. Its like they know theyre government employees and you have no choice but to wait on them. If I could pick my own post office it wont be this one

I really hate this post office the people are very rude and they always put you on hold. Then when you come into the location every one has a attitude. I really think this location needs to take a customer service class. I know its the holiday but they need some training
