Some good clerks, some bad. One male postal clerk in particular was extremely rude and nasty to me and once even refused to serve me, and the manager did nothing to help the situation. Some of the workers are very nice, so this review doesnt apply to them, but the post office needs to be more careful to hire workers who have good customer service skills, and the manager needs to put more effort into rectifying the situation when one of their employees is behaving badly.

Ive had mostly good experiences here. There is one male clerk and one female clerk that I find to be abrasive and unpleasant, hence the 4 stars rather than 5. That being said, there are several really kind and helpful postal clerks here.

It seems very time I go here, its different. Several of the employees are helpful and kind. One hates everyone and everything and will try as hard as she can to screw up your package. So, in other words, avoid the quiet one. She hates you.
