My package went from CA to PA was checked in at this location and then sent back to me for 75 cent more postage,, ALL THE WAY BACK TO CA after 4 weeks I finally received it and It turns out I had enough postage on it to begin with. This was also a Priority packed guaranteed 5 days and here we are 4 weeks later. What a Joke, think about how much money was spend sending this package back to me for 75 cents it didnt even need. Why was it sent to begin with if there wasnt enough postage? How much sense does any of that make? NONE !

Paid an extra 20$ for 2 day shipping with instructions to just leave at door because I had classes. I had to wait 2 weeks for my textbooks fighting with them over the phone because I apparently didnt give those instructions and everytime they went to redeliver it would just get postponed longer. I had to go in and manually pick it up. Terrible phone service, sounded irritated and was slightly rude. I wish I didt have to go through them especially since Ill never see my 20$ again.

Piss poor service. Took time off my lunch (1/2 hour) to come down for our passports. Everyone was standing around, laughing, joking and carrying on. One person working at the post office window was actually doing their job. The gentleman working at the passport window had no concern for the fact that there was an outrageous line of people waiting for him. While waiting, my 3 year old needed to use the restroom and we were told he couldnt use a bathroom.

It is the main post office in the area and no bathroom. You cant make a passport appointment and cant leave or you loos your spot in line.

Terrible. I tried to call about my lost or stolen package. Was on hold for 30 minutes. Finally hung up. What the heck are we paying for?
