When I came to this office the dependent was like bother with me because I came to drop a box with the postage paid on line. She gave me what it was needed to be attached to the box and I said to her could you do it when I drop boxes usually you guys take care of this and she was even more troubled and said “We are all different”. I was evident to me that she did not know how to handle the package with the postage paid on line and her lack of knowledge was throw to me in bad attitude against me the customer.

I have been using the services of the Oxon Hill P.O. for over 20 yrs. I have never had any issues and the staff are always courteous and responsive to my needs: p.o. box mail, mail forwarding, special deliveries, money order, certified mail, package shipping and i even renewed my passport through this branch. In 20+ yrs ive never had a complaint about the service ive received through this post office.

Customer service is terrible at this place! Employees are rude! Theyll put you on hold for the longest time then when you call back theyll answer but not say anything. Then you call again and put you on hold again! Like wtf! I was being polite and patient talking to them but this is how they treat me.

There hold mail service is disastrous. They failed to withhold my mail even though I had filled out a request form. They said the mailman was new. (Guess they arent trained to read ). When I asked them what I could do to make sure my mail was held when Im out of town. Their reply was "nothing ".

Loved going to this Post Office everybody is so nice and very helpful my first time in there they helped me pick the most economical form of shipping there always suggesting something that will help with packaging or mailing now i drive out of my way to go there 2 thumbs up

Urban post office that is not 24hrs. Not in a very good area. I do recommend Georgetown.
