this is the worst post office I have ever seen, I moved into a new apartment, it took almost two months for mail to be delivered, I had nothing in the mail box not even the sales flyers nothing so to the business that pay to have your flyers mailed do not mail them if they need to be processed through this post office it will not be delivered!! I had a card stating there was a certified letter AT the post office that needed to be picked up, I left work early to sign for and pick up my letter, BUT it was not there, I was told the mail person had taken it out with her, hmmmm so knowing she does not deliver until after 5 pm I signed the card placed it my box for her to leave the letter in the box, What happened???? she took the card and I have NO LETTER, this letter was mailed out on the 6TH of February it is now the 19th and mailed within the same state, it does not take 14 days for a certified letter to go from one post office in Md to another....!!!!... If it is against the law to tamper with and impede the delivery of mail why is the staff there not charged???? it is obvious they are not processing the mail in a timely manor there forth hindering the mail delivery !!! my BGE bill took 6 days to be delivered ??? 6 days really,,, I would say the post master is very rude and has no clue!! I asked him " why am I not receiving mail?" his answer was " I dont know. that would be like me asking you whats going on in the White House" HELLO If i worked at the White House I sure as hell would know what was going on there, that was an asinine statement to say the least, if I could have posted without a star I would have the rate I would give this post office is (-)5 they need to restaff the whole post office!!!

The worst post office Ive ever dealt with, terrible customer service, lost 3 of my packages over 4 months, workers act dumb when you ask them questions about your package, mailmen completely oblivious to their work, lie about deliveries. Over all if I could do negative stars I 100% would.

It makes me sick that someone would actually give usps a good review. I hope this branch gets shut down and everyone looses their jobs. They always loose my packages then tell me it was delivered then days later magically show up with my stuff. Seriously F U C K ALL OF YOU.

They do really good job
