Ive just experienced the fourth time in less than 6 months that a parcel was not left, nor notice of an attempt was left when I paid to have it delivered. This past experience, it happened two days in a row. I was home before any mail was left and no knock the first day. The second day I left work early just to intercept the postman and I was outside with the wife and kids gardening. We saw the postman drive by in the mail car. Nothing. I called the post office before they closed and they claimed to have made an attempt. I happen to be in a service oriented business and I have never experienced the lack of work ethic that these postal workers display. No wonder USPS is having financial difficulties. If I could choose to have all my mail carried by another service, I would. Any parcels in the future will be delivered by FedEx. Oh! I forgot to mention that I have the postman on video simply delivering mail to my door, never once knocking or pressing the doorbell and without my parcel. Later that day when I tracked the package, they claimed to have made an attempt. I nearly always have to pick up and the people at the counter are rarely decent. There are a couple I have to say. Its funny how a few bad ones ruin the reputation of many. It doesnt help to complain to USPS. They dont care. I guess they want different jobs.

Wow! I came in fifteen minutes before closing to a very long line. Everyone was working efficiently, yet patiently. All registers were staffed, and an extra staff member asked each person waiting in line what they needed to determine whether she could help them get out more quickly. While most of us needed to pay with cash or ship via media mail (something you cant use send-service for), it was still mindful of our time. I also witnessed employees patiently explaining tape options to an elderly customer while she contemplated options. Employees chose words and actions that reflected that they cared about who walked in the door. It was the best "customer service" Ive ever experienced in a post office.

I havent received mail since Friday, Dec. 16,. I realized Saturday was an icy day, since/if this was the case, the post office made the decision not to deliver, and thats good. My problem is ,however, Ive been calling trying to track a package that was sent usps on the 13th of Dec. The phone rings, no one answers! Im an on line shopper. I have second thoughts about ordering on line now because, I dont know when or if Ill receive my package after its been sent to post office. How upsetting ? :(

The all female postal clerks here have two speeds...slow and stop. Go to ANY other post office. The drive will be worth it. Also, there are 4 registers available and never more than 2 open at ANY one time, usually only one is open and a supervisor walks around repeatedly asking if anyone has only a package to pick up or wants to buy stamps......they all could care less how many people are in line.....remember, slow and stop......typical gov employees.

There is always a problem when I go to pick up your packages. They say my packages are not there when they are there. Dont know if someone is trying to................because they will say " oh your package was found up on a shelf where it did not belong" or no one check it in when it first arrived. On thing I dont want to do is worry about if I am going to receive my mail.

This is the worst post office I have ever been to. This workers and so slow and lazy and so rude. They have so many untrained workers that do not know what they are doing. I gave them $21.00 for a key and never gave me a key or a refund when I asked for it!!!!!! Do ever go to this place if you dont have to they just take your money.

Paid $19.99 to have maild delivered next day and of course it did not get delivered. Waist of money and time. The ignorant females that work there acted as if they were ready to go. Some one needs to file a formal complaint against them. Try your very best to stay away from this location hopefully they will be out of a job soon.

The people who work in the office are nice, but when you request package pick up you can be left wondering when theyll pick up your package. I have spent half a week at times trying to get the mail delivery person to pick up my packages due to having medical issues and they never bothered picking up the packages.

This post office is terrible used to be great when they had there old manager a new manager came in and destroyed it for prepaid mail you used to be able to drop it off now they make you wait on a huge line. At there busiest times they only have 1 lane open.

Customer service extremely terrible! In addition to that african-american people who work there are racists, specially a manager of this office. I have no clue how people with this kind of attitude and background can be an employee of a federal agency.

Online Priority mail tracking contends they attempted delivery but no notice was left...we were home awaiting the package all day and nobody came to our door. The NEVER came to our house. Typical government run business. Piss poor. Filled with liars.

In effect cannot get new passport or renew a passport there. Their camera is broken so they cant take passport pictures. Regarding passport renewals, they dont comply with State Department regulations as they wont assist with renewals in any way.

Why are phone numbers listed but either no one answers, you need a code or a non working #. And why is it mail mailed on Friday and Saturday have not been received an entire week later. Not cool USPS!
