NO STARS. Do not use the mail forwarding service with this branch. If you can avoid doing business with this branch you are saving yourself a load of issues. Terrible customer service, horrible/nonexistant accountability, they lie to your face, screen your calls and dont pickup, misplace/lose your personal mail and blame it on everyone but themselves... Id go on but they already wasted waaaay too much of my life. Please bulldose this building along with the whole USPS system / This isnt the only office with similare issues, The USPS CONSUMER AFFAIRS can eat poison laced with battery acid too, - how do you gross $70 BILLION and still have countless problems that effect peoples lives. The proof is in the pudding... look at the reviews of those that had to deal with this branch... most of them have mail they cant find or services offered they cant provide. AVOID THIS BRANCH

This post office is the worse. The letter carrier is too lazy to deliver the package to my door and also they lied about attempting to deliver a package by stating they left a notice but no one was home. I was home at the exact times they claimed they tried to deliver. I sent FOUR emails to customer service and no one has responded. I am going to file a claim because I am going to believe that they misplaced all four of my packages, stole or threw them away since no one is being forthcoming regarding the location of my packages. I will definitely be using UPS from now on. Paying the extra is worth it. Please dont depend on the people at this location to be honest regarding delivering your packages.

I cannot reach Jessup Post office by phone, it is ALWAYS Busy. They have through the years misplaced my mail, Not delivered my mail, delivered mail to my box that does not belong quite often. I am waiting on a package now that should have been delivered on 2-4-15 No where to be found, cannot reach anyone at the office. Total Frustration! I would not stay in business very long if I worked with the lack of integrity of the Jessup Post Office. Horrible. Another sad day trying to get answers. I have complained a few years ago (they actually answered the phone then) but nothing was done to correct the errors we are experiencing. Sad, sad day

There are a couple nice people here but for the most part this is the worst post office you could go to, unless of coarse you want lost packages and vague answers about what happened to them. One example (out of many) that I have received was that my package was accepted by the post office but instead of putting it in my box the person that took it in sent it back out.. Oops. Avoid this place if you want to actually receive anything you order.

I have had problems with this post office since 2004. Mail has been lost, damaged, not recieved, my customers not recieving, found in the ditch, (no kidding). When I complained in the past I was just blew off. We pay for this service. If i ran my company like they do I would be out of buss. Never had this many problems anywhere else in the country. Jessup postal service is a joke. That is why I mail out from elkridge, never a problem.

Once your SPEAK to someone.... Beat the always busy phone lines this time by calling between 4:30P-5PM before closing. Agent was helpful in setting up re-delivery of package, with my permission to leave AND the signed re-deliver receipt available in mailbox. Well see if she come through! Strange why she couldnt understand why nobody would be at home to sign for it...cuz everybody WORKS!

Theres a smart@!# new black, short, female employee/cashier to replace the tall black monstrous one who everyone complained about. Shes rude and disrespectful to customers of different religion. She scribbles all over your receipt, always saying something snippy and never apologizes even though she is usually wrong. No wonder people complain about this post office.

Horrible post office! Constant delivery of wrong mail and losing packages too often. I have "officially" put in a complaint with the Postal service, as complaining to the manager has not helped at all. Please voice your concern as well. Something needs to be done...after all, its our mail were talking about!!

I give them two stars because I have to assume something is going right to EVEN get mail, even if it is someone elses mail. Two stars for the building and its workers. BUT the drivers; ZERO STARS. It looks like they employ the homeless I see on 175 & 1. Mail delivery is their job and they suck at it.

Lost my passport and birth certificate. Claimed they attempted to deliver to the address listed which shouldnt have happened because my mail is supposed to be forwarded to my PO Box. Not my first piece of mail that has been lost with this location. They give excuses as to why mail is lost.

Lazy drivers! Live in an open apartment complex. They can walk right up to my door. Instead they take all packages to rental office. If they are closed i dont receive my package until next day. Whole time im in the house waiting for my packages.

Close to my home. Its a small office, good for dropping off package that already have shipping labels. The only issue with this post office is that making a left when leaving may take a while. Its located on a sometimes busy stretch of 175.

There are great workers here and they are very knowledgeable of the services they provide. Of course if you go at the wrong time of day you can wait in a line, but I generally am in and out of here in 5 minutes or less.
