Happy Monday. 3/14/2016 I had not only an experience with my company but personally as well at this particular Apollo Drive, Largo, MD Location. From the Managers to the rude mail deliveries (dont speak because they are on the phone when they come into your business) With my company the manager came to out location (down the street) just to lie in my face and take up for her driver, A BOLD LIE. and I told her she was lying. The temp driver clearly wasnt trained on where to put our mail, so this interrupted my day, being that we didnt receive any packages for days, so thats why I called. Personal experience has been, THEM KNOWING THIS COMMERICAL PROPERTY closes at 5pm (majority do) Attempts to deliver anyway. Like what the heck? are you kidding me? now Ill have to tackle down someone at the store to reschedule delivery or something. Another situation my package tracker had "Delivered" on the status which was IMPOSSIBLE because I didnt receive anything. USPS, favorite line "I cant see anything pass what its said, or let me call the driver, or hold please ( 30mins later they get back on the phone) JUST NOT HELPFUL, everyone there is CRANKY and not helpful. WE ARE ALL CUSTOMERS AT SOME POINT IN OUR DAY, and I looks like the people here forget about that and I guarantee demand the same customer service as we all do. I am always disappointed and sad (LOL) when a store/business we or I order from says USPS will be delivering this package, and FEDEX initially had it. I want the USPS to stay strong and keep up with quick service etc. But they truly need to develop seminars for Training Refreshers, Customer Service Excellence and Management. I know we all have one attitude when we start the job and another when we get comfortable. PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS LOCATION AND OTHER REVIEWS, anyone who takes the time to write and rate is worth investigation especially as you can see they are all consistent. I also do not want to leave out many SUCCESSFUL deliveries that weve had. =) EVERYONE wish me luck, theyve intercepted a package and am getting ready to call.

I PROFUSELY HATE THIS POST OFFICE AND THEY PROVE WHY USPS WILL BE OUT OF SERVICE IN THE NEAR FUTURE!!!!! They have NO customer service ettiqute; and worst off they put the senior citizens lady in the front who verbalizes to customers just how much USPS sucks with their lack of service (and since shes a senior citizen you cant visibility show disgusted back to her because then you would look like your the bad guy/girl with no home training). BACKGROUND STORY: I ran from largo train station into the post office (5pm on the dot), only to rush to the door pass people walking out so I can pick up my package. Then, I quickly skimmed the instructions at the package pick up door, proceeded to ring the door bell in hopes of getting my dsw shoes for my trip tomorrow. I checked my phone (5:02) and I thought I was safe--I wasnt. The senior citizens lady walks up to me and says "its 5pm were closed", I look back at my phone and lightly retorted "its (now) only 5:03pm", we exchanged glances for a second as she manages to purses her lips and repeat slower (because I guess she thought I didnt speak english) "its pass 5pm, were closed...we have rules". Meanwhile, in my head I wanted to say, then the rules should of told yall to lock the doors at 5pm so you dont give false hope to the tax payers who keep this operations going... but instead I thought it wiser to simply beg for her or anyone just to get my package... neither options would work on her. I stayed around a few moments later hoping for some pity, since I know she saw me walk in at 5pm or maybe the fact that Im sweating from my 1/2 mile light jog in heels... but no, the mail nazi didnt budge and nothing would change her mind. Although she did turn back to tell me that theres cameras watching to see if they worked and helped people pass 5pm. #Really...How @$$ backwards is that... the cameras are watching to make sure you dont help customers? #SHAME on you #USPS

This place here well what can I say, abut this place. So inside there is always await and rarely do you get the feeling the workers are happy to assist you. I understand its a very busy Post office; however customer service is so important. Now my largest issues is with the carriers from the station OMG!!! Im not sure what type of tracking system, but let me tell you that you will get pinged saying your package has been delivered and nothing..... it either arrives two hours after the the message is received or two days, here recently it has never arrived. The response you get is oh I delivered it, I guess you need to call the company. My question is how in the H#** does the email come saying it was delivered an nothing. Until I actually caught what they do, they are no where near your property and scan you package which then gives you the notion its been delivered then they get to it when they can if at all. Im still waiting on a reply from a cased filed 3 months ago. Im glad the company understood and replaced my item. SMH.... So I find myself in this same situation again message saying the package was delivered and nothing.... Called to inquire let me get you name and number they are just arriving I will investigate??? Lets see if I actually get a return call this time? I have no idea how difficult a postal carrier job; however my money spent is hard earned and when I order something and pay for shipping I expect for it to arrive eventually.. Hope whos ever getting my packages is enjoying my things my the carrier should deliver some of my bills as well lets see if they get paid. FYI They get this star because I cant post this post without rating them.

This review is from a person who never writes reviews and has the patience of almost Jesus Christ himself.( I wish zero stars was an option) I have NEVER in my life experienced such poor customer service . My package was "out for delivery" 3 weeks ago and it never arrived. I guess some magic trick occurred or someone internally pocketed my package. Nonetheless the process to figure out what happened was so PAINFUL I really dont know how to accurately word it . From filing a claim/case , to " your package not being officially considered lost until 30 days has passed " is ludicrous . I understand every company has its policies but to have ZERO help to at least try to figure out what happened from this local post office I cant process. I called several times only to be told my carrier was always out or couldnt be reached. ( fishy) Because of this , I got the district involved and I made a complaint but just in case it never gets addressed, I refuse to let this go silenced. I had to leave work to pick up my package today because I did not TRUST that the replacement package that should of arrived 3 weeks ago would make it. And to make matters worse they took over 15 minutes to find and scan my package ! DO NOT USE THIS POST OFFICE FOR IMPORTANT GOODS, THERE IS A STRONG CHANCE IT WILL DISAPPEAR AND IF YOU RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE MAYBE IT WAS SOMETHING THEY DIDNT FEEL LIKE STEALING/" LOSING" THAT DAY.
