This is one of the worst post office buildings Ive been to, A package of mine was lost so I went there waited in a very long line. Spoke to the manager, gave him my name and #. He said he would give me a call, 2 days passed no answer. So I went back up to the post office and the manager refused to see me. I called the USPS and filed a complaint, and after calling the merchant he sent out another product via UPS. Ive had to go to this particular post office for alot of my undelivered mail and they never leave notices at your door. Very very unprofessional

The Carriers in this area are rude, lazy, and they steal, and these are not accusations but pure truth. Residents have approached the carries concerning the Mailbox being left open or unlocked in our buildings, the carries responses have been incompetent and plain rude. Several of us have moved up the chain and reported incident after incident to no avail. We even caught carries stealing packages from elderly residents that they knew were unable to respond to the offenses in a timely manner. Something has to give!

This office is suppose to close at 6:00 pm for those trying to access their post office boxes. I rushed to get there before 6:00 today and pulled up at exactly 5:57 pm and the lady locked the door. I try to run to the door and knock but she kept going in the back. If you are suppose to close at 6:00 pm I wish they would not close until that time. Give us rushing folks from work the extra 3 minutes we might need before closing the door early.
