Terrible customer service. They refused to take 36 pre-priced First Class packages because I printed the labels the night before instead of that morning. The date didnt match up and the clerk would not accept the packages. All other post offices in the area dont have problem with it, and as a small business owner, Im familiar with many of the locations. Burtonsville, Laurel, Ft Meade, Spencerville....no problem at all. Annapolis Junction is the only post office that places zero emphasis on customer experience.

Loved the experience here. Got my passport stuff taken care of at this location. They are so sweet and professional. They made me feel like I wasnt even a Customer. Once everything was taken care of I didnt even want to leave, Jeff took care of my passport stuff hes a real down to earth guy , he really made me chuckle, Mrs Theresa was very professional and humble. I drove out of my way for this post office and Id do it again. I really loved these guys

Made me buy their tape even though my package was already taped. Absolutely ridiculous. $3.49 for one roll of tape. I could buy 4 rolls anywhere else for that price. Had to wait in a long line again too. Note to others: you better use super clear tape, and tons of it, otherwise they wont let you ship your package. Even if you only need 1 small piece of tape, theyll make you buy a whole roll. Shady business tactics here.

They dont know the concept of helping more than one person at a time. Two people working and both helping one person with a complicated issue they continued to say they couldnt help with while I stand there waiting for 10 minutes to get a simple stamp that would take 30 seconds. Im not surprised that the USPS will be obsolete and out of business soon.

Friendly and helpful staff! I have utilized this post office for several different purposes (i.e. passport photos, domestic and international shipping, as well as military mail) and have never had an issue. The staff has always taken their time to explain each process and costs associated with each service.

I just mailed out a package, and I was helped by a worker by the name of Jeff. He was patient, courteous, answered all of my questions, and made sure I picked the best way to ship my package. It was a quick and easy visit, and it was definitely my best experience at a US Post Office.

Still my favorite post office. Have been using it for probably 10 years now. Anything from Passport application, to PO Box Rental, to shipping packages. Friendly, helpful staff. Wish my local post office was this nice!
