What ever happened to deliver rain sleet or snow??.. This post office will not deliver if its raining it seems.. Also if you have packages being delivered instead of bringing it to your home they leave it in the mailbox if it doesnt fit in mailbox they leave it outside next to the mailbox in the elements had a computer system for my fridge they left it out in the rain and got destroyed also ordered a bunch of different things from them instead of looking at the right address they are delivering it to they allow the neighbors to say hey yeah thats mine.. had to knock on my neighbors doors probably 10 different times to get my packages back that the mail guy just handed to them knowing it wasnt even the right address he was giving it too... We USED to have a great mail driver... would show up at 10am on the DOT.... now this mail driver we have now boy..... you get your mail between 2 pm and 6pm. If you are lucky to get your mail at all... Really dont understand what happened to this post office and how they conduct themselves.. Used to be a competent place of business now they run wild like its a world ended apocalypse. .. So with that being said they are the slowest delivery company in the entire face of the world.. I think honestly pigeon mail would be faster.. I had a package sent from Dallas Texas to Baltimore Maryland from DHL to Baltimore it took 1 day.. that was on the 18th of Feb.. its now the 22nd and they said delivery time is the 25th of Feb. What??????? So they have had it since the 18th and yet they have not sent it out to be delivered to my home yet.. and this is why I told the sender who I bought my package from to SEND IT on FedEx Shipping and I would have gotten it on the 19th not the 25th or so as they said it shall be at my home when I called the post office.. Very very very very very disappointed in this post office it used to be a competent place of business once apon a time ago... Wish they had other companies that would delivery every day mail instead of Randallstown United States Postal services... Sad sad sad Oh yeah dont ever ever ever go up to the office.. you will be talked to like you are a toddler and then with the nastiest attitude in the world like they are doing you a favor... noooooo. You are doing Your job to find my mail and packages that was PAID for to be delivered to my home... Also another thing is the guy is fired now but the last post man I had used to open up my dang Christmas and birthday cards sent to my home. I caught him doing it.. kept wondering why I wasnt getting any of my Christmas and birthday cards when people would ask hey did you get the cards I sent you? Well no... what he was doing was checking the cards for Cash and such things.. because the cards I did get was opened the sticky strip would be ripped and the cards would be upside down in the envelopes... But he lost his job for that.. so they say... wouldnt doubt he just got transferred to another route..

This Post office is the worst. They have thieves working as staffs. The supervisor does not know what it means to be a leader. I ordered an outfit for my pre bday photo shoot. It usually takes 2 to 3 days for delivery from where I ordered my outfit. A week and a half gone by, my package was still not delivered. I called the company where I ordered my outfit from and was told that my package has been delivered to the post office. I tracked my package and found out it has indeed been delivered. It was delivered to the post office nov 15th and out for delivery nov 16. To date my package is still out for delivery. I reported the issue to the supervisor and manager, they are yet to do anything about it. They have the nerves to tell me that the carrier stated she does not remember my package. How would she remember my package? She has more than one package to deliver. Shes not suppose to remember packages that she delivers. I am yet to receive a compensation for my package. I had to re-order the same outfit for my birthday photo shoot. I sent the package to my parents house for delivery. People work real hard for their money. My package was clearly stolen by the carrier because it was never and still not delivered to my house.

Im calling the better business people and putting them under investigation. My W2 from one company was lost in the mail they claimed and they my checks from two different companies were lost in the mail. When i call they hung up several times and i told them stop hanging up and put my mail on hold they hung up i finally got through to a supervisior who said okay to putting my mail on hold and the next day my mail was deliberately delivered anyway and guess what no checks no W2 After all three companies re issued them. I dont know why they want to steal money from me im poor i cant pay my bills and have to wait 30 days for it to be re issued and i had to write letters to each company asking if i can pick my things up from the company themselves one company being 3 hours away. I am very hurt i cant stop crying. I filled fraud and theft against them and Im driving up there monday to beg them to stop and my father in law who is a police officer is coming with me to serve them but idk what else to do after that. They are rude ignorant nasty thefts and below human beings to me.

They are extremely unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. When you finally manage to get in touch with someone, the person who picks up the phone is automatically stand offish, unprofessional, with a nasty tone to her voice. If it was ever evident that someone hated their job just by the tone of their voice, it is evident with whoever answers the phones here. After having two of my packages misplaced, I finally was able to contact them to ask about the whereabouts of my "apparently delivered" package. They were rude and eager to get off of the phone, and I could hear another worker in the background yell how she wasnt making another trip back to my home because she had already been there more than once to deliver my package. I urge you to get in contact with their chain of command, because they have bosses who they have to report to, and customer service will not improve until they are held accountable for their professionalism.

This staff at this post office is the worst. Very unprofessional Packages constantly missing Mail get delivered to wrong address Tracked 2 packages and the last update for 1 stated out for delivery on June 1st. Its now June 5 and its still says out 4 delivery. 2nd package update stated delivered. Went to post office and received the 1 package that was out 4 delivery and was told that the other package wasnt there. Checked my rental office and got a negative response. Called post office and was informed that my package WAS there and I could come and get it. Arrived at post office and the Lazy clerk refused to look for my package. Told me I could wait 15 min. for the manager to come back. At this point I dont have a choice. Luckily the Female manager(always helpful) called the guy and he told her to look on the shelf.. Why couldnt the lazy chic do the same. And they wonder why customers curse them out.
