Wow. Simply amazing. An old black lady yelled at us because we asked how we can get a hold of the office that held our mail. We had been gone three weeks, and we came back to find a note that said our box was full. The note did not have an address or a phone number to call. We went to the nearest post office to see if it was there. We came to this post office, and after standing in line and going up to the counter, we handed a young lady the note. The lady went in the back and came back saying there was no hold mail. The old lady spoke up, saying we had to call the number. When I spoke up saying there were no numbers to call, the old lady yelled at me, saying "I was speaking to her, not you"... Wow. The young lady found some phone numbers and indicated we need to call that office. Our mail is being held at a sorting facility, and that is not open to the public. We called, and they will try to deliver the next day.

An abomination. This is the worst postal facility that ever existed. This is the second time a valuable package has been lost once the tracking shows it is handled by this facility. Previously, it took over a month for my package to show up at their facility only for me to be forced to pick up the package rather than it being delivered proper. The employees including the manager are rude disrespectful, and dismissive. They lie and say they dont have mail pieces when it turns out an amount of time later that they had it all along. This post office and their workers are completely unprofessional in their dishonesty. Completely unacceptable for a government funded organization and they should be held accountable. Update ** being "returned to sender" Reason? Apparently, I refused it. A likely story...

This post office not only was the worst service at any post office, but the worst service from any customer service weve ever received. The woman who worked there refused to give my husband a package my family sent him for his birthday for nearly a month. The package had to be sent back and my family had to pay to send it again. The worst of it was that the woman and the supervisor there literally screamed at us both times we tried to go get the package. While we were there waiting in line, we saw them yell and criticize latino customers who were trying to get packages as well. They didnt have anyone who speaks Spanish (in a latin neighborhood) and the post office staff raised their voices and insulted the spanish speaking people who were there. Worst post office ever.

I wish I could give -5 stars. Worst post office I have ever been 2. Horrible rude useless staff. They seem bother to b working they get mad when u ask questions. They have miss places 2 of my packages. This is why the postal service its broke because they dont know what costumer service is. They favorite word its no. One time they have my package the whole time n keep saying they didnt. They didnt bother to look for it in till I got the main office in DC involve. They found it right away. How does a post office doesnt have drop off packages service They make u wait in line they have spots for 4 agents but you would never find more than 2 working.

If you can avoid this post office (which indefinitely you can!), please do. Horrible service and literally every one of their workers have attitude problems. I feel my very life getting sucked out of my body when I have to deal with them. Even a phone call to them can ruin my day. I should never have to hear "I was trying to leave by 3pm but I guess that isnt gonna happen." "You are no help." "Why are you calling here when you can check online?"IF I COULD DO IT MYSELF, I WOULDNT BE SPEAKING TO YOU, WOULD I? Seriously, just go to the College Park post office.

A rude and unqualified employee working there picked my pen up from the ground when I was mailing my letter with another employee.When I got back to pick my pen she said calm down in a rude response twice.Then she took the pen and placed it back in the ground.Then she said my mother and called me F**king fat guy.She then sprayed perfume at the location where I was like I stink.I got her name and filed an emergency report to USPS inspector and called US government and the director office in charge of USPS.Thank God they are currently working on the case .

This is the worst post office I have ever been to, there is a nasty, an educated, postal worker there that treats everyone very rudely. There is never a manager on site to file any complains about the terrible service she provides. I cant believe my taxes pay the salary of that worthless employee, she was not only rude to me but to everyone that approached her register.

Within 24 hours of being told my package was undeliverable to me (probably forgot to put my apt number) I called to see if I could pick it up. They said they would find it and call me back and have it sent to me, as I gave them the right address. Never called me back! When I called again they said they sent it back to Taiwan. Terrible service (if any...).

There was an old indian lady who didnt even know what she was doing. I have been doing ebay for years and she was telling me that i drop a package because the label was printed a day before. How stupid is that, i went to a different location and they took care of me. Terrible customer service and rude employees with no manners.

Very Rude Lady that makes the whole staff look bad. Told me i had the change the tape for my send/receive letter head for my box and didnt even bother to tell me how much it would cost to send the package even if i did fix it.. Im not too sure she likes her job and im not sure why she would be there if thats the case.

This is the absolute worst post office I have ever used. The staff are rude and unprofessional and I challenge any usps official to walk in there and see the madness that is taking place in this facility on a daily basis.

I was trying to track a parcel that they did not deliver. Its impossible to get any information when there and its impossible to reach them on the phone - nobody picks up and eventually the line goes to the fax machine.

Bad service. I called the delivery office 10times in two days. They only answered me once. And I lost a package from France. It didnt have updated after it reached to this usps. Maybe somebody is stealing the package.

Gave them a valid Andress they still did not deliver my items on time they said if I did not recieved mail there on a often then they wont deliver it smh so sad and poor customer service
