Continually mis delivering my things, packages with gift cards and money have mysteriously gone missing, just this weekend they left me a key to get a package and the key didnt open any of the doors. Im not a hard person to please I just want my mail delivered to me and not other people. Didnt think that was too much to ask really.

Since moving to New Cumberland about a year ago I have had more things go missing in the mail than any other place Ive lived. Friends and family send me card and checks I never receive and items I patiently wait for go missing. I dont think its too much to ask to have things delivered to my house correctly.

What a terrible example of the USPS. Ive had nothing but problems with our carrier and with packages getting where they are supposed to be delivered. I have customers constantly calling me and telling me that they never get the things that I send them. Absolutely inexcusable.

My regular mail man is amazing, but when he is off work his replacement is a joke. My mom called to complain and the post master hung up on her 3 times. Very unprofessional.
