The "Family" in the name of this barbershop is a misnomer. I took my two year old twin boys for a trim. The stylists demonstrated little experience with children IN GENERAL, let alone with cutting their hair. I expected a "good enough" haircut on the squirmy one, but had to continually coach the stylist to forge on and not give up when the boy showed any resistance. The other twins cooperative behavior vanished when his stylist used clippers directly on his neck, an inappropriate tool for his age. My daughter, age 3 1/2, had a better experience, better stylist, and sufficient result. Plus, I was quoted one price on the phone and charged a higher price in the store. Going to return to the Yellow Balloon next time; although it costs more and has shorter hours, they are much better at appropriately engaging children and do not seem inconvenienced by them.

Clean place with TVs playing sports all day. Fairly priced and Tommy pays a lot of attention to detail...you will be satisfied.
