I have a feeling that the service provided to their Vietnamese customers is of less quality than that of the American customers. They probably think that their fellow countrymen are easy to accept any service thrown at them and not complain due to our culture. I went there to get a haircut in 2015 and it took the barber (the short guy) only 10-15 mins to finish cutting my hair in a casual way. He didnt seem to be attentive to my need. I told him one thing and he did what he liked. No consultation/recommendation was given whatsoever. After that day, I have never come back again. A friend of mind also has similar experience and he has not come back there for a year.

Ive been there five times now, and every time Ive been there a different person has served me. Each and every experience has been incredibly satisfying, and Ive never had to wait more than a few minutes.

Decent place to get a cut. Prices are good. Usually get a different barber each time. I didnt like Toms cut as much as the other times. Otherwise its all about the same.
