Make an appointment or youll be sent to the back with someone who knows nothing about cutting hair. Cant remember the dudes name but he was a complete novice. Repeatedly cut me with the straight edge blade AND the timmer. Spoke in such a low voice when asking for instructions on how to trim my beard and hair that I couldnt even understand what he wanted. I asked him to trim half an inch in length from my hair all around which he understood to be two inches. Not only did he remove 2 inches, but he cut it unevenly. In some places he cut 2 inches, in others an inch and half, and at one place the original half inch i asked for. When I told him that he cut too much off, he showed me that one segment that was cut at half an inch. But I already knew from how he was cutting my hair that he messed up. I knew from the instant he snipped the first bit off. When holding my hair between his fingers, he cut above his fingers instead of below them. This is where the extra inch and some change came from, he didnt realize his pudgy fingers would increase the amount of hair removed. It wasnt until I got home and combed my hair that I realized how uneven it really was. You can instantly tell that the left side of my head has longer hair than the right. The funniest part about this is that I came to this shop at the recommendation of someone who knew the owner personally claiming that he would take care of me. I requested the owner, Jimmy, specifically but he told me that he was booked for the day. I assumed he would send me to his next best guy, he did the exact opposite. It seemed odd to me that as I was getting my haircut, Jimmy didnt seem to have any appointments at all. Jimmy also decided to tell me that he was booked for the day after I had been waiting for 2 hours. Out of respect for the person who recommended this shop to me, I didnt want to write this post, but a few weeks later Im looking at my hair and am absolutely disgusted with the service I received. Perhaps Jimmy would have done a better job, but knowing that I came with a reference from someone dear to him and that he just passed me along to a novice tells me all I need to know about this shop.

walked in after a long day with a hat on my head and everyone knows you dont go get a cut with a hat mold.....walked in the place is upstairs, reminded me of the feel of getting another soldier to cut my hair in his barracks room.....music playing, people waiting, 4 barbers singing and joking....they have a sign in sheet, they call you up and go over exactly what you want and how they will do it......and then they start.......calling them barbers is weak....THEY ARE ARTIST.....to put it simply you should never go anywhere but here, they are professionals that treat you like friends and hands down best cut I ever got...... I read the reviews that said this was the place to go - I was hesitant to be honest cause im white (walked in looking like duck dynasty)......never got a feeling that I shouldnt be there.....came out looking clean and 10 years younger....I would never go anywhere else as long as they are open...... love the shop...love the men working it

SIGN YOUR NAME ON THE SIGN-IN SHEET AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE, then leave for several hours. This shop operates using a sign-in sheet. You can sign-in, leave, and still have a place after a few hours. Appointments are soft. You may get pushed if someone else was able to slide into the barbers chair right before your appointment. This shop has excellent potential if they could only fix their time-management for customers. Maybe a receptionist or an actual pull-numbering system? This shop is always busy, especially on the weekends. From the barbers or business-owners perspective, there is no need for them to make any changes. Money is flowing. The barbers are excellent. You must tell them exactly what you want or else they will suggest something that they think will look better on you. If you can deal with a 4 hour wait, then you may be satisfied by a good barber cut and shave.

I had set an appointment with Javier, and paitently waited while he sat on his chair and played on his phone for an entire hour after my appointment time. He then decided to start smoking marijuana in the shop, keep in mind there are also kids around at the time..After smoking for 15 minutes I kindly asked Javier when I would be getting my hair cut. He reacted to this question by crying like a child and whining that he does not want to cut hair. Do not go to this shop and if you do never get cut by Javier.

Took my 10 year old son in yesterday after scheduling an appointment with Andy online the night before. The people were friendly and the atmosphere was electric! Andy took his time and did an amazing job! The hardest part was picking who to schedule an appointment with not knowing who can do what but after seeing the other two barbers and their work, you really cant go wrong with any of them! This will be our go to barbershop from now on.

Jimmy, Wilson, Javier, Jason, and Lex are amazing barbers! I have had the pleasure of getting my haircut from each of them over the last 3 years! They are fun and its always a great vibe when I go to the barbershop! Love the energy and the work these guys do! I dont get my haircut from anywhere else but Wisecuts. Thank you guys for all that you do and for keeping it styling and fun everytime I come through!

Probably the least professional business I have ever witnessed. Not only do the barbers not follow their appointment times, they take a break every 15 minutes to go smoke some weed and chit chat. On top of that, after waiting 3 hours for my cut, my barber Javier was on his phone the entire time cutting my hair and ended up getting a haircut I could have done better myself. Will not be coming back here.

Horrible experience, twice in one year. Never going back. First time I went there they messed up my appointment, and got cut by a new barber and he started doing whatever he wanted. Second time I wait for a good hour to be told by Jim the owner of the place "hey Im heading out I got plans"..????? Completely unprofessional..... rather spend my money with someone with a plan to run a better business........

Where to begin? Firstly i had to wait 3 hours to get a haircut! No way no thanks. Also they ignore people waiting patiently and are biased. The cuts are alright and the price is ok too. But that wait time is definitely a killer, I dont have time to sit around. hopefully they do something about that and maybe Ill come more often

Made an appointment with Will 2 WEEKS before because I heard it was worth it. I come 15 minutes before and wait. It becomes past the appointment deadline and I end up waiting 30 minutes before I leave. I come to find out that Will went out for lunch. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND I AM NEVER COMING BACK.

Get an appointment, these dudes are cool. Dont come unprepared, if you dont get the appointment you will wait. These are good barbers, so of course they are busy. Book ahead on Gen Books, tell them whats up and you will get a excellent hair cut.
