I was very specific on my plain haircut; haircut with hard part, trim the part. Started out great until the end when I asked him to trim the part and he said "he" doesnt do that. Since when is it up to a service provider to decide for his customers what they get? I didnt ask him to do anything illegal, immoral, or unethical. Simply cut my hair the way I want it. Definitely lost a future customer. Wouldve been a 5 star...
