Wow, for almost a year I gave up and starting cutting my own hair and to be honest I did it better and cheaper than Hair Cuttery, the weekend I moved out to my new apartment I didnt want to deal with the usual cleaning my hair after cutting it so I decided to try this place I saw once while riding my bike on the W&OD trail that is next to it, so I stopped by and WOW truly shocked by the quality of the haircut and the service, this guys really know what they are doing, it gives me the impression that the owners are the hair cutters so obviously they have to take good care of every haircut since it is a potential returning client, long story short I got recently my third haircut there and still impressed, the prices I guess are the same as a regular hair cuttery but the service is waaaaay better, just be aware that sometimes you will have to wait for two or three people before you, I guess that is the price I have to pay for a good and fair priced hair cut. Thanks for reading.

I got my hair cut today at Snip Snip for probably the 8th time. Every time, I have been impressed by the quality cut that they give, and I love getting the fresh straight razor shave on the back of my neck. Not many places do the straight razor shave anymore, and I was glad to find that this place did when I started working in Tysons. I have had 3 different people cut my hair and they have each done an awesome job. It is a very easy trip to make during the middle of the day--you are usually in and out of there in 15-20 minutes. I believe Naser has been cutting hair for over 20 years, and that is reassuring. While I have never had to wait more than about 10 minutes, they do have free wifi internet available if you have to hang out for a bit. It is a bit of a hole-in-the wall spot, but the guys in there know how to cut hair, and they do a great job. Its $17 for a haircut, and I always leave him a $20...worth every penny!

I have moved to VA from out of state two years ago. I have tried different barbers and never was satisfied with my haircut. My wife saw this shop while passing by and told me to put it on my "to try list". The wait was about 5 minutes and the barber Nasir was quick, efficient and very polite. He sculptured my hair with such ease for a great haircut. The price for the area is very reasonable at $17 and you get a stamp card to get the 7th haircut free. I have been a customer for a year and a half and have finally found my barber shop. My 5 year old son also gets his haircut here as I would not want him to get it anywhere else. Nasir does well with my son as he turns the TV to cartoons as soon as he sees him, speaks softly to him and gives him a lollypop after a great haircut. We have also had our hair cut by Hussein which was the same experience. You can not go wrong by going here.

A REAL REVIEW The guy who claims it took an hour to get a hair cut should go back to the hair cuttery and leave with hair all down his back. Here is my first post. Finding a masterbarber in the DC area is close to impossible. After years of trying different ones, including the all too familiar razor barbers that seemed to have sprouted up over the past decade, I was delighted when my Father-in-law mentioned Nasser. He possesses the hands of a surgeon and effortlessly gives me the exact haircut I've desired for years. He adds classic touchs such as shaving your neck and styles your hair to your facial structure. A master barber in a world of production barbers is a rare find. I recommend him, without a doubt!

This place is an amazing find!!! After moving to Falls Church and receiving several awful haircuts at barbers shops around the area, I stumbled upon this gem. Tucked into the back corner of a strip mall, at first I was not entirely impressed, at least in terms of appearance. But the haircuts are spot on, every time. I have had 3 different barbers cut my hair, and all 3 managed to do what none of the other shops in the area (chains, or privately owned) could do correctly. I work in a client-facing role, and appearance is critical to my success. Despite having now moved to Arlington, and this shop being out of my way, I wont let anyone else cut my hair. Ever. Again. Seriously, its good stuff, and its only $17.

Understands medium length haircut. Great haircut, great price, quick and easy, repeat customer. I found this place by chance while getting my oil changed across the street. I always have issues with barbers cutting my hair too short. At other places I have asked for medium scissor cut and I get a crew cut that take half an hour or more. This place understood the difference. Great length and I really appreciate that its quick and easy. Two people came it right when I did and I still got ky haircut and out in a half hour. Dont know if its just me bit I think my hair is easy. A lot of places dont seem to get it. This place does. Same guy has cut my hair each time and I will continue to keep coming back.

If i could, I would give this place 10 stars!.. I am working in Virginia for a while and I just needed a good haircut. I have to say I was a little reluctant at the beginning but Mr. Nasser is truly a hair artist!, and not only he cuts with mastery but also really fast!, I was out of there in less than 20 minutes. I have to say I have kind of thick hair, so I normally need a little more work than the regular folks. I showed Mr. Nasser a few pictures of what I wanted and he delivered masterfully. I will definitely coming back to this place as long as I am in Virginia, I just wish I could find a good barber back in Houston!

Naser is the best barber in the area, hands down! Ive had top dollar cuts from fancy salons and they dont stack up to Naser. He really understands how to cut mens hair, fix whats wrong, and the results are professional and exacting - as good a cut as I have had anywhere (I used to get a similar hair cut by a very good barber in NYC - Naser is better). Plus his rates are reasonable and he is quick. If you want a professional mans cut from someone who knows what they are doing, and that looks great all the way until your next cut, this is the place to go!

I almost dont want to tell you folks how awesome this barbershop is so I can keep it to myself. Walked in for the first time today for a quick trim, told him what I wanted and he knocked it out in 10 minutes or so. Ive been from barbershop to barbershop all over Arlington, Falls Church, and Annandale because Im super picky about how someone cuts my hair. Ive even spent upwards of 50 bucks a cut just because I thought the cute young hair stylist at some salon was good with mens hair. If youre looking for solid clipper and scissor work, then this is the place!
