Ive been to Shear Reflections a few times. I wanted to make it my normal/permanent salon because ever since I have moved here from PA (its been almost 10 years!!!) Ive never had a permanent salon that I go to. Ive always just gone wherever. Well, I really like this place. The people are so nice. But Ive had issues with getting my hair highlighted. Whenever I have it done, and I get back home and look in the mirror, I can still see some of the root showing. The whole point of getting my highlights refreshed is to cover up the roots!!! When they are coloring my hair, they obviously dont put the color all the way to the head, so root still shows (that shouldnt happen for several weeks after having your hair highlighted). I was really happy with this place, but after this happened a few times, I am thinking of not going back. Its a waste of money to pay a lot of money and then notice that root is STILL showing. And getting your hair highlighted and cut is not cheap here! It sucks because I didnt want to have to find another salon to go to as I live close and it was perfect. But, unfortunately, not when I am losing money over them leaving root still showing after coming in for a touch up!

I went in today after having an epiphany while working out that I wanted to chop my hair . I found this place by googling salons near me. I was impressed by the website. I was able to get an appointment 10 mins later with Aleena. She was awesome! She is very knowledgeable and made sure she was clear on what I wanted exactly. Most people who arent familiar with the texture of my hair have a hard time styling it and I end up leaving not as satisfied as I would like. She did an AMAZING job with blow drying and curling and I LOVE my new cut . I will be going to her from now on and am also going to touch up my color with her. She gave me tons of tips on what to do at home as well. This salon all around was clean, professional and very reasonably priced !

Ive been a client for over 15 years and Elaine takes great care of me. And its not just Elaine... Everyone on their team make me feel welcome and part of their family. If youre looking for an overpriced and pretentious salon, this is the wrong place -- On the other hand, if youre looking for a friendly bunch of professionals who are down to earth, will always remember your name, and who always create a fun and warm experience, YOUVE FOUND THE RIGHT PLACE.

I went to try out this new place because I had just moved into the area. I went in to shape up my curly hair after months of not cutting it. Joanne asked me exactly what I wanted, and expertly cut exactly where I wanted it, so there was no question involved. She did such a great job giving me slight layers so that my hair didnt look chunky in the back anymore. I also really liked that the cost of the haircut was actually AFFORDABLE! My hair looks exactly the way I wanted it, andI will definitely go back every time! :)

Shear Reflections is a family owned business. All of the staff/stylists are friendly, professional and they provide excellent service. A visit there is like going like meet your friends. I have been going to Judy for over 13 yrs, and she is amazing. Her skills are superior....color, cut, new style..whatever you want, Judy can do it. I highly recommend this salon and Judy.......you wont be disappointed.

I have been going to Pinky for haircut and eyebrows (threading) for 3 years now and have always left the salon happy. I recently got highlights for the first time and she guided me through the process and the color looks great. I have been getting a lot of compliments!! She really listens to you and makes sure that you are happy and satisfied before you leave.

I love this place! The people are friendly and they feel like family! Their haircuts, highlights, keratins , haircuts are done to perfection! The women in my family all go to Sandy.
