I went to Serenity for a facial and to have them fix the disaster another salon had created with my hair. The facial: Ann not only created a very relaxing and inviting environment, but was knowledgeable about the process and products that she uses. She was able to recommend a variety of products for me to use with my particular skin type on a daily and problem basis. The hair: Lynsie was ready to do whatever she needed to do to make sure my hair was what I wanted. Prior to my visit and upon hearing that my hair had turned green after having asked for a reddish violet at a different salon, Lynsie called me personally to get a full idea of what I wanted and made sure she would have what she needed when I got there. She made sure she informed me of what she was doing every step of the way and assured me that if what she did wasnt what I wanted when we got to the finished product, that we would come up with a different game plan. My cut and color looks amazing!!

Since moving to Gettysbrg a year and half ago I have really struggled with finding a salon that I loved. I have tried 3 salons in the area before trying serenity day spa and I have been extremely pleased with both my visits. The quality of work is exceptional and the women that work there are so friendly and inviting. So glad I finally found a salon that lives up to my expectations.

Did not go here, but The Gettysburg day spa cancelled my appointment without me knowing, and would not see my wife.... Serenity called me three times after making an attempted makeup-artist appointment , to ensure we were not left out. We will most likely book in the future.

I received an excellent haircut! I had Ronda as my stylist and she did a great job. She was very friendly. I had Rebecca do my nails and I couldnt be happier. The prices are fair for the quality of service that I received. I will return!

Serenity Salon gave me a great experience! I loved getting my hair styled and makeup done there. Mary was so welcoming and sweet. I had my makeup done by Ann and it came out great! I strongly recommend visiting this salon
