I just left the salon after purchasing my spa pedicure. I am not satisfied at all. The woman didnt shape my nails just clipped them way too short, after I told her she may trim them and shape them, not cut them down. The pedicure was great until she started to polish my nails the lines were thick (for a french manicure) and uneven. the polish was gobbed on and caked to my skin when I was told the pedicure was done. When I walked up to the register to pay she lectured me how their boss "jacks" (her word) fifty percent of the credit card tip from her. She then TOLD me to go to Giant to get cash for her tip. She actually demanded more money if I wasnt going to get cash. I have been to your salon before and never had a bad experience. I had my son with me so getting a do-over wasnt an option. I am furious and I will not be back. The tipping policy is between her and her boss. Its not any of my business and maybe if she doesnt like the policies in which she was hired under than she should work somewhere else.

Not sure what is going on with the salon lately...I used to go to Paula for mani/pedi, but she is not there anymore, tryed someone else twice, I could not believe that those people have a job. The last lady put gel on my nails crooked and uneven, i took it off in a week. If you use gel you know it lasts almost 3 weeks, i just could not stand looking at my nails all messed up. I did complain to the front desk girl, she said sorry, and advised me not to go to that tech in the future. Now i have waited for my hair appointment for 40 min...thats it this is the last time i was in there...they really need to get their stuff together

I spent 5 minutes waiting to be even addressed. The receptionist was outside on the front bench talking on the phone the entire time. One employee literally walked by me twice before leaving for the day. I saw another sitting in her chair playing on the phone. I still had no one even greet me when I left. Not anywhere close to the relaxing experience I associate with a quality salon and actually made me feel worse than when I got there.

I think the girls in this salon are always talking in their language not paying attention to actually what they should be doing. Always in a damn hurry to finish. I also if they put their acts together they can be one of the better salons around.

I did not have an appointment but, they took me right in for pedicure & manicure. I really enjoyed my massage in the pedicure chair. Shina was very nice and did great work. I would recommend Shina and look forward to going back again. Thanks NB

I love going here they do such an amazing job with my nails I got a pedi mani an eye brows done and it cost me 60 dollars mary does an awesome job !!

Very friendly, prices are decent. Forget the ladies name who did my nails but she took her time on my nails. She did a good job.
